22/07/09 4 5 5 5 The staff is friendly and caring, knows the repeat patients first names and makes them feel good to be there. Dr. Romanello enters the room in an utmost friendly mannner and is glad to see you and you will feel very comfortable being with him. He gets into your case in an extremely caring way and wants to make sure you have a complete understanding of your situation. If you feel he goes to fast in expalnations, fear not because he will repeat to make sure it sinks in and do follow up calls to check on you or the staff will. He will cover topics that will educate you with new knowledge of the body and what over the counter items youshould never take.
