3/31/13 4 5 4 5 It was a great experience just A++. Before coming to Dr Valdman office i had neglected my teeth for a while and needed major dental work. Dr Valdman offered a reasonable care plan and after multiple visits I once again had a beautiful smile.

9/25/12 1 3 1 5 I have used Dr. Valdman for 6 years. I use the West palm office. It used to be better. I went in for an emergency - the dentist on duty (not Dr. Valdman) at first thought I had a piece of metal stuck between my teeth. When I mentioned that that was impossible, she brought out my previous xrays and realized it was a crown they had done back in 2007 that the porcelain had cracked and exposed the metal. This after digging around and trying to remove the "metal" piece. After the novocaine wore off, I was in a lot of pain and needed some pain meds called in to my pharmacy. I called at 510PM - was put on hold for 30 minutes. I called back 3 times and got voicemail - left 3 messages before their closing time (630P)- never got a call - very unacceptable. I have changed dentists today. It's too bad, because Dr. Valdman himself is very competent, quick, efficient and personable - he has gotten too big. His practice relies on too many other people - and they just don't cut it.

2/6/12 5 4 5 5 Great experience had a root canal done was scared wanted to pull out my tooth dr Valdman convinced me to save the tooth and that was best decision i made. The procedure was painless fast and i still have my tooth

7/16/11 1 1 1 1 I had an appointment for 9:30 am, I left unattended for 2 hours!! had to leave... Being pregnant, the first thing they did was to take me to the X-Ray room! they forgot to read my files stating I was pregnant!!! When I "reminded" them I was pregnant, they asked "really..then please go back to the waiting room" On top of that while waiting, I had to hear people arguing (assistants? dentist? not sure) about a misunderstanding regarding another patient's procedure...where is the professionalism? Totally unacceptable, very disappointing!

11/22/10 5 4 5 5 I HAD A LOT OF DENTIST IN PAST, AND I HAVE TO AGREE THAT DR. VALDMAN IS THE BEST. BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING IT TAKES LESS TIME FOR HIM TO DO PROCEDURE. JUST ASK YOUR SELF WHOULD YOU RATHER SPENT MORE TIME IN THE CHAIR OR LESS?. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX ALL MY PRIOR DENTISTS PROBLEMS.

11/22/10 5 5 5 5 Dr Valdman was the fastest doctor i have ever seen. He mad me feel so comfortable my fear of Dentist was gone. Yes there was some wait but its was in and out when i was in the back. He pulled 4 wisdom teeth in one visit and i didnt even blinked. Thank you.

10/7/10 1 1 1 1 horrible man he doesnt care about you he just wanted to go home so he rushed me and said i wasnt in any pain but i was he insisted on pulling out the piece left in from a aweek ago from the women docotor. they finally suggested that i see a oral surgeon becasue he cant get the piece out. medical mistakes are too common and now i have a infection aND IN PAIN THANK YOU SAWGRASS DENTAL

4/23/10 1 1 1 2 This office is just awful. We always waited at least an hour past our appointment, and once we got called back, we waited an additional hour or more. Dr. Valdman always takes care of 2-3 patients at one time. It is like an open house in this office...no Dr/patient personal care there. Do not go to this office or to this Dr. (he is in other south offices)  Respond

11/30/09 4 4 5 5 Dr Vadim Valdman is the most efficient and fast paced dentist I've ever been to. I went to his office for a root canal and I was so nervous. I had heard so many horror stories about root canals. After my initial consultation with Dr Valdman, I was so relaxed and confident in his abilities. I truly felt that I was in good hands. During the procedure I had no pain and I left the office feeling surprisingly well. He gave me a pain prescription just in case I needed it and he also gave me some antibiotics. I even took my daughter to have some fillings done and he did it with such ease and precision. I would definitely recommend Dr. Valdman to anyone needing dental treatment.

6/22/09 1 4 1 2 This doctor doesn't know what he is doing. He put some feelings on my teeth and when I got home and looked with the mirror behind the teeth i saw a blak line arround the feeling which means he didn't cleean it well, and God knows how well he cleaned inside. I am skared to go again to him to fix it because it may get worse if he will touch my teeth again. Moreover, he did everything very fast, he spent 10-15min for 2 feelings together which is not normal. Plus my teeth became sensitive since than. And I could clearly see that I have another small cavity which he didn't even bother to take a closer look. I also used a reduced plan and the lady from front desk refused to show me the discount I get using this plan and charged me $75 per each feeling(after discount). When I checked online I saw that I'm supposed to pay only $45 per each feeling. That's a ripp off.The office was the one from International Mall.Make sure you check with your insurance how much you have to pay before.  Respond

8/13/08 1 2 1 1 There was absolutely no need for the procedure performed. He observed that I had a tiny hole between my molars and diagnosed it as a cavity. Only to be advised later by one of the assistants that it was not necessary. There was a discrepancy in the billing. My spouse who had a worse cavity fixed 3 weeks ago paid $15 dollars less than I was billed. Yet we have the same insurance and his situation was worse. When questioned he became very defensive and lamented that he used a special cream for sensitivity which apparently was also used on my spouse. I'd recommend patients to get a 2nd opinion before having anything done by this doctor.
