09/04/14 2 1 1 1 OH MY GOD! I cannot believe this "doctor" is still in business. She just moves from town to town opening up shop after she gets sued or dismissed by every hospital. I saw her about 2 years ago in downtown SD. She was never on time for even one visit, treated me like a peasant because I had Medi Cal at the time. I dealt with the substandard care because I had Medi-cal at the time and felt that beggars can't be choosers as I was a single mother at the time. But now as a paying customer my new primary care actually told me he heard there was a great new female obgyn in town and I almost died when he handed me her card. I alerted him immediately so he doesn't make the mistake of seding anyone else.

15/03/13 2 1 2 4 She was always late. In sept 2012 I had an appointment for my annual. I got to the office on Saturday @ 9:00 am. The office was not there anymore. The name was off the door and there wasn't any sign or note saying that she had moved. I called her office number and got her answering machine. I left 2 messages. I finally got a call back and was told that Dr. Moein had gone to India. She said Dr. Moein would be gone anywhere from 1 month to 6 months. I couldn't believe that a doctor would do such a thing. I am an RN and I have NEVER heard of a doctor just leaving her patients like that without a phone call or a letter or something. It was the rudest thing that has ever happened to me.I just got a bill from a lab for a test that I paid for at Dr.Moein's office in January 2012. Obviously she never paid the lab so I'm going to be stuck paying for it twice which really makes me angry. Don't EVER go to this doctor. The most unprofessional/ unorganized/ irresponsible doctor I have ever met.

12/01/12 1 1 1 1 This is the most unprofessional Dr. I have come across. I don't know what they thaught her in medical school but definealty not promptness and respect. She was 2 hours late and so i left the office without being seen by her. She did not even appologize for her lack of concern for me as a patient. I could hear her laughs and some conversations through the thin walls when examining other patients.  Respond

21/11/11 5 1 1 3 If you are just looking for your annual, run away. Non-emergency patients get no priority. The average wait time is an hour and a half. She once answered her cell in the middle of my breast exam (for a more important patient), and left the room so fast that I barely had time to cover myself before she flung the door open! Then she had me sit there naked for half an hour. ER OR OFFICE! PICK! Also, she's rude. I'd had a birth control consult with her PA before my exam and we discussed my weight gain based off taking the pill, my new married diet, and the fact that I'd just moved away from my home town for the first time ever and my husband had been a jerk about it. She was very understanding. Dr. Moein saw "weight gain" and said "It just gets so comfortable, doesn't it?" How DARE she? And she treated me like an idiot for not wanting an IUD because I'm Pro-Life. Disrespectful. She sent me, and others I guess, to a collection agency instead of billing me for something, not sure what even.  Respond

17/11/11 5 3 5 5 As if calling her my adopted mother wasn't enough, Dr. Moein saved my fallopian tube! I had an infection lingering for almost 2 years that no doctor could diagnose. I had been in and out of the emergency room and I was getting a million different answers but no treatments worked. The 1st appointment I had with Dr. Moein, she diagnosed the problem spot on and admitted me into the hospital a few weeks later. I stayed there for 6 days and by day 5 the infection was 100% gone!! It was incredible. She provided me with the BEST care and was there for me every single step of the way and I feel so comfortable around her because I trust her. She knows what she is doing and she makes it point to make sure that even though you wait a little extra in the waiting room, your health is her #1 priority. And don't you think that if the waiting room wait is a little over the norm that it's a good thing?! Everyone want's to be Dr. Moein's patient. I love her!!! xo

12/11/11 1 1 1 1 Her office is ver unorganized and there is a high chance for your private information to get lost. Also they charge for the lab testing up front and the lab company will send you a separate bill. You end up paying twice for a test that you have already been charged for. When you call them, they have no record of you paying for the test.  Respond

02/09/11 5 4 5 5 I came to dr Moein with 'baggage'. I was sexually abused as a child and raped as a young adult. I was able to talk to her about it and she treated me with much care and respect. She remains a confidant. I would recommend her to anyone who may have been abused now or in the past. She cares and will lead you to additional help if you need it. She answered all of my concerns.  Respond

20/08/11 1 5 5 5 Dr Sudi is a doctor who looks at you as a while person, inside & out, and treats the person, not just a part. She's also great at talking with teenage girls and getting them to open up & learn how to better communicate & ask for what they need, especially emotionally. Also, with the move to her new location, I was seen right away with no wait time.  Respond

22/10/10 2 2 4 5 Dr. Moein is one of the best there is and I am so glad she delivered my baby boy! That being said, there were issues that came up during my pregnancy that were never followed up on, one of them serious enough to make me deliver at 35 weeks instead of full term. Their office is very disorganized and chaotic. A "priority" referral took 6 weeks just to get the paperwork to my PCP to be authorized, and that was only with a lot of effort on my part. An appointment made a year in advance was cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time and no promised call back to reschedule. Some women who could really be helped by Dr. Moein will be put off by the disorder in the office. It's a shame too because she's one of the few OB/GYNs that really understand women's issues. I hope some day she can get her office under better control.

21/10/10 5 2 5 5 I found Dr. Moein after being told of several OB/GYNs in the area by my Internal Medicine doctor. I decided to look for myself and found Dr. Moein and I was seen pretty quickly. I will say, she does run late most of the time but, in all fairness, it is because she doesn't just rush her patients out the door, she listens to all of their questions and gives answers. This could lead to a follow-up appointment. I was complaining of bladder problems (post-menopausal)and she spent a lot of time working with me, multiple appointments and eventually surgery. I have only got high marks for Dr. Moein. She is the first doctor in decades that I've been to that sincerely cares.

22/12/09 1 1 4 4 Unfortunately, as others have commented, Dr. Moein's punctuality is terrible. I had to wait over an hour at least 3-4 times (once almost 1 1/2 hours) before being seen by the doctor, and that was enough for me. And some visits were billed almost a year later, making bookkeeping a nightmare.

16/11/09 4 1 5 5 Dr. Moein is an extremely dedicated, caring doctor. Due to the amount of time she gives each patient (she never rushes through your appointment and will take all the time you need to answer questions), she runs extremely late on her appointments. Her staff has always been attentive and polite to me. This doctor is definitely worth the long office waits.

31/07/09 4 2 5 5 I was recommended to Dr. Moein because of her extremely caring and dedicated personality. She is one of the few doctors these days who will take the time to really get to know you. The only small problem is that due to the large amount of time she spends with patients, she does get pretty behind on her schedule and the wait time can be rather long. I think she's worth the wait...just plan on having 2 hours open in case.

05/03/09 1 1 4 4 She is an amazing compassionate woman with no business managent skils whatsoever. She is trying to build a new practice & is overbooked and understaffed. The average wait time is one hour-with an appointment. After waiting an hour and a half and having to leave to pick up my kids,I was rescheduled for the next day.The next day after an hour of waiting she called in sick. Her assistant is rude & unapologetic when things run late, lacks follow up on prescription refills & can be combatative when challenged. If Dr. Moein can get a better office manager, learn to schedule her time better, she could be the best obgyn in San Diego. She is an amazing woman but for all her talents, people with real jobs and busy lives cannot accomodate her chotic practice.I was 7 mos pregnant when I felt like I needed to leave,I offered her my cell to let her know why I was leaving but she never called. For those of u that have ever been pregnant,u realize how bad it must have been to get me to leave at 7 mos along.
