02/07/14 1 1 1 3 The wait time is too long to see Dr. Chomej and the receptionist does not call a couple dates to confirm date. Every time I go to see her, almost half of my day is gone and the scheduling system is not good. Dr. Chomej is very knowledgeable but it takes too long to see her. There needs to be a better system.

15/01/14 4 4 5 5 Dr. Chomej is very kind and won't give up on you. The wait time can be too long but it is worth it to see someone who has compassion. Not too many specialists will take the time like she does.  Respond

28/08/12 5 5 5 5 I found the doctor to be very helpful... she didn't talk down to me and gave me some options regarding my condition. I will see her again in the fall.  Respond

27/06/11 4 4 4 4 Dr. Chomej is very understanding of my problems and their impact on daily life, and will always answer any questions I may have. However, she is still unable to find the cause of my problem, and I find that maybe more extensive tests are in order, although she hasn't sent me for more. Teresa is a great receptionist, and a caring, supportive person. She comforted me in the inner waiting room and made me feel better even if I was a nervous wreck.  Respond

02/11/10 4 5 5 5 I had me first visit with Dr. Chomej. The reseption know her stuff but you had to put a on little charm to warm her up. She is an extremly great doctor. She asked alot of questions, she explained everything in simple terms and would continue to ask if she could clairify anything else. She expressed true concern and determed to find a solutions to my problem.  Respond

19/04/10 2 2 5 5 Dr. Chomej is fantastic! She addresses all questions and concerns without making you feel embarrassed or uneducated. She explains issues and diagnostics in simple language easy for anyone to understand. Unfortunately, I went to my 7am appt this week and no one was there...no phone call. I waited 30 min and left, doors locked and lights off. This appt was scheduled over 6 months ago! Never had problems with 7am appts in the past.  Respond

26/03/10 3 3 5 5 Always addresses all questions/concerns I have. My family doctor told me I probably had cancer because of an abnormal pap smear she did for me during a physical at her office. Dr. Chomej explained the results of the abnormal test clearly and without scaring me to death. I look forward to my visits, knowing I can openly ask anything. Great doctor!  Respond

04/01/10 3 2 4 4 The receptionist is less than perfect, however she did become more pleasant when I began speaking Polish with her. I have never had to wait longer than half an hour for the doctor but that is because I try to book my appoitments at 7 am so that I am either the first or second patietn. Dr. Chomej is extremely helpful, pleasant and takes her time in explainng things. I am extremely happy with the care I receive from her.  Respond

23/03/09 2 1 4 4 I had my first meeting with Dr. Chomej today. Her receptionist is less-than pleasant & didn't seem concerned with patient care. I waited for nearly 2 hours to be seen. I ended up getting a $40 parking ticket because of it. Thankfully, the doctor was pleasant & knowledgeable, which allowed me to leave in a less-crabby mood due to the extensive delay. Had there not been a massive delay in seeing her, this rating would probably be higher.
Paid (or co-pay): $40

21/01/09 5 3 5 5 She is awesome, minus the wait time to see her. I guess that is to be expected when a ton of people want to see her and she has limited access to that office, as she is only there three times a week. I suggest opening up her own office every time I am there. I'm sure that it will happen and she will be more punctual.  Respond

29/06/08 2 2 2 2 Had an appointment with another Dr at the same practice. Dr Chomej's receptionist called to offer me an earlier date. This womans accent was so thick and both Dr's names were similiar that I believed I was receiving an earlier date with the first Dr. When I arrived at the office I told the receptionist that I did not have a family Dr. As I sat in the waiting room I began to wonder why I had never been offered an evening appointment with my Dr before. I went back to the receptionist and was told that I had an appointment with Dr Chomej. I expressed my displeasure and knowing that if I rebooked it would take another 6 months to obtain an appointment, I stayed. Once again I explained that I had no family doctor. After 45 minutes Dr Chomej came into the examination room and while I was sitting on the exam table, undressed from the waist down, she told me she could not examine me because I did not have a family Dr. Most demeaning and degrading experience of my life.  Respond
