Dr. Ng is a young, extremely professional, knowledgeable, sincere, helpful and reassuring doctor. She knows her stuff, is open-minded, non-judging, straight up, incredibly warm and respectful, and has a great clinic. Wonderful staff, and it's just a very pleasant doctor experience. I had Dr. Ng as my family doctor while I went to fine arts school for 5 years. She'll be impossible to replace. Highly recommended, as is her husband, Dr. Parsons.
Dr. Ng is a great listener. She addresses concerns, is clear in her instructions & expectations. When I moved I wished I could've taken my awesome family doctor with me.
