Dr. Busch is so great, I come from my new home (Italy) to get my tests done by her. She knows theory and practice, is kind and very considerate.

Dr. Busch was incredibly rude to me, had no bedside manner. She inserted a copper IUD in me because I have a blood disorder and can't take hormonal birth control. After a few months I was having anxiety attacks, and did a lot of reading where women have bad reactions to copper that manifest in anxiety and depression. When I went to get it removed, she completely dismissed the possibility that my changes in mood were related to the IUD, said "she never heard that before", and was completely unsympathetic. I will never go back to her or that practice (the front desk is also very impatient and condescending).

I had a bad pap smear result - noone called me for several weeks with the result. When I received the call, it was from a nurse who was unable to explain to me what the result meant, other than that it could be cervical cancer. She told me I had to have follow-up procedures done, including a vaginal sonogram, but they could not schedule me until a few weeks later. When I asked if I could get the sonogram done at a radiological facility, she said no because Dr. Busch had to be present. When I went in for the sonogram, Dr. Busch was not present - in fact, she wasn't even working that day. The practice simply wanted to make money by having me come in for the procedure at their office. It was also disappointing that the nurse seemed incredibly offended when I told her that I had talked to my sister-in-law who specializes in women's health issues - and my sister-in-law had told me that I was not at a high risk for cervical cancer.

I was impressed by my first visit and felt that I finally found a doctor that cared. On my second visit, I shared a recurring condition that basically left me incapacitated and expressed my fears that the condition is getting worse. Unfortunately, I am overweight and my BP read high (for the first time ever)-and I'm not convinced that it was actually high. Busch could not see past my weight and promised that if I lost weight, I would not have problems. I attempted to express my concerns again and to try to let her know how bad the condition gets but she had stopped listening. I was too fat for her. Two days later, I was in the ER and hospitalized for 4 days. I had a large tumor on one ovary, policystic in both, and have intestinal flares that result from hormonal changes. The ER docs were shocked that my GYN suggested that weight loss would solve this problem in the short run. Busch, should be ashamed of herself...oveweight people do hurt. (also:my BP was normal to lo the entire stay)

Great doctor! She appears very knowledgeable and she also takes the time to answer my questions and clarify anything that I have not understood.

Doctor Busch was absolutely amazing. People be faking on her sometimes because they do not know that she had to move from another practice that was poorly run and even through these hard times Doctor Busch still managed to take care of all of her patients. Doctor Busch is a diva.

Did I see the same doctor as the others who reviewed her. AWFUL! Wished I'd never seen her. No sense of urgency, had me coming back every few weeks to be told to come back in a few weeks. I have a few things that need attention, one is cancer. The surgery schedule is a disaster, the office staff just assumed I would pass on treatment. pass on cancer treatment?? No one seemed to care or take any responsiblity, but wasted no time in blaming me for their screw ups. I would highly recommend that if there is anything seriously wrong RUN to another GYN, and fast.

Dr. busch is knowledgeable and helpful. In office staff is great. Unfortunately the operation scheduling is a total mess. Be patient, and keep calling and calling.

I have been seeing Dr. Busch for over 10 years now. She is an excellent doctor. I love the new staff and the new office. I never had any problems at the other practice with the staff, but this new office seems very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Busch is a top-notch doctor in a super-busy practice. I don't get as much face time with her at the new practice, but I always try to get the last appt. on a day so if I have a few extra questions, I don't feel rushed. She is very thorough and responsive to questions, concerns, etc. and returns calls within a reasonable amount of time. Her bedside manner is her strength and she is a very down-to-earth doctor who really knows her stuff. If you get an appt., you won't be disappointed. The staff is okay, but they are so rushed and busy that their demeanor can be curt at times. The billing dept. takes care of issues pretty quickly, in my experience. I would encourage them to get a better website and allow online appt. scheduling. This would allow the office staff to deal with demanding patients and in-house issues.

I'm so amazed - she listened, she was helpful, and she followed up! I've had a hard time finding a gynecologist I feel comfortable sticking with, but now I'm happy to say that I've found her. The staff was just ok - I've grown to assume that most doctors have generally unresponsive office staff, so my expectations are pretty low. I waited just over an hour to see the doctor, but it was worth it.

I've been with Dr. Busch for about 12 years. She is now in a different office with a much more helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent doctor - I would highly recommend. She always follows up and is an excellent listener - a rare quality in a doctor these days.

I highly recommend Dr. Busch. very professional and personable. for example, when discussing birth control, she even asked me about my general health, to see which pill would complement my other issues like headaches and such. another time, she followed-up with two phone calls (once went to my voicemail) to make sure i understood the results of my mamogram.

She came recommended by a friend several years ago. Since then, I have recommended her to many of my friends and they all LOVE her. Even when she seems rushed, she takes the time to answer questions (I bring in lists). Really personable, easy-going. I highly recommend her.

I visited the office twice and found the doctor to be knowledgeable but lacks patient follow-up. I was referred to another doctor for tests over 6 months ago and to date I am still waiting for the results. I have telephoned her office, where staff indicated the test results would be mailed. I guess they are being sent by pony express because it has been over 4 months.

I saw Dr. Busch for a couple of years (about three visits), and I like her personally very much. However, her office staff is so incredibly unfriendly that it was a trial to go there every time. I also had to wait a long time for every appointment. Then I got some misleading information from the office staff, and then the staff failed to send me a reminder which they had promised, and that was the last straw. I am now shopping for a new gyno. It is a shame when great doctors are completely overshadowed by poor staff. Dr. Busch, I hope you read this; you should know that your staff is costing you.

Dr. Busch is knowledgeable, thorough, and very down-to-earth. She treats me like a person, not a patient. She listens carefully and acts like she truly cares. Twice I've left voice mail for her and she has returned my call within a couple of hours - a bit like a phone appointment when I just needed to discuss medication. I would definitely recommend Dr. Busch to any woman.

I had to go back for a follow up to my 2nd exam, and she explains everything to you, and loves doing it! I loved how she sat me down in her office and asked questions and let me ask back! She is great, so happy I found her!

Dr. Busch ran about 15-20 minutes late, but she and the nurses apologized profusely for this, which leads me to believe that they probably try to be punctual. With other doctors, I've waited much longer and gotten no apology at all. Other than that, I found Dr. Busch and her nurses to be very friendly and knowledgeable. She met with me in her office before my exam and again after the completion of the exam. The exam (a regular checkup) was very quick, and she distracted me during the exam by talking about my job, etc. I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Busch is a great doctor. Very helpful. I like how she meets with you (fully dressed!) in her office after each exam to answer questions. Warning: The nursing station (that handles re-fills, etc.) is awful. I've had to call back 2 or 3 times each time I've needed a simple prescription filled. And if there's a problem with filling a prescription, the nurses haven't called me to let me know. Rather, I've had to keep calling or visiting my pharmacy to see if it's been filled or not.

I've been seeing Dr. Busch for gyn care for the last four or so years. I've always found her very pleasant and quick with the less-enjoyable parts of the exam. After the examination she always asks if there are any questions I have, though on occasion she is a bit rushed. I have no doubt that if I made an appointment and said I wanted time to talk to her, she would make herself available. The office staff is polite, and call back with test results in a timely manner.

Caring and attentive gynecologist with great and professional bedside manners...highly recommended!! Only downside is that the wait time to see Dr.Busch can be very long at times.
