He had client in a care home was concerned and called staff to get Doc phone to ensure care was correct. she said would get anytime to go an check records to ensure safety of residents. Great doctor
Amazingly helpful, and very supportive. I have numerous health problems, and have been referred to several specialists by Dr. Brook. He works with these people in order to ensure excellent treatment. No appointment needed. No other office help. He is a one man machine.
David Brook is by far, the best, most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had. He always has time to work with you, he works 6 days a week and understands his madical boundaries. If he is presented with somethig out of his rhelm, he will tell you so, and then get you in to see a specialist (usually the same day). Nice personal man that greets his patients with a smile and hello. I am so fortunate I found him, that I refuse to tell my friends abvout him...lol for fear he will become over-worked....HE IS THAT GOOD!!
Dr. Brooke is a good human being. He is patient and courteous and kind. he is respectful of one's thoughts and feeling. My husband hasd major kidney failure this past year and he responded with excellent care and referals.
He is there on time,always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If in doubt he seeks out the possible answers to a problem or arranges for a specialist to see me.
dr. brook is compassionate, helpful and really cares about his patients. he even works on saturday morning. one never has to wait to see him. i have many medical problems and am so grateful i finally have a doctor i can actually go to see when i am very ill. he came to my house when i was too sick to come in after i came out of the hospital post-surgery. he listens, he explains everything well. this doctor is a real mensch. he is very kind and it is obvious he is sincerely trying to help his patients. i wish all doctors would take a lesson on how to be a doctor from this kind, compassionate g.p. He is the opposite of most doctors who are, unfortunately, often arrogant and cold. i feel very fortunate to have found such a caring physician.
He is not my family doctor but he takes care of a few of the residents in the long term care facility that I work at. He is very helpful and patient. Never too busy for anyone. Always has time for any questions and never thinks any question is stupid. Always on the ball. And always cheerful.
