Doesn't accept other doctors diagnoses. Won't repeat necessary tests to confirm illnesses, and ignors the obvious symptoms of them. Also takes on patients that he cannot handle aka people with lupus. I was dxed with lupus by two seperate doctors 4 years ago. Doctor Utt refuses to accept this and will not repeat the tests neseccary for it. Instead he just says I had "falsely positive" ana while disregaurding the symptoms of my illness.
