My visit with Dr. O'Keefe was less than pleasant. She was running behind schedule and seemed to be out sorts by the time she saw me. My doctor was out of the office; O'Keefe was filling in and this was the first time I met her. First thing, she engaged in a monologue and it was evident that she would not listen to what I had to say about why I was there. Also, I had a procedure that she botched and caused me substantial pain. She made no apology and told me that next year I would need to see a specialist. This was a routine, yearly procedure that I've never had a problem with. I rate her overall as poor.
