At one time I had faith I this doctor but after several years of deteriating service I was forced to seek a new GP. Turns out changing doctors was one of the best things I could have done. I had been having ongoing symptons for over two years and addressed these with Dr Ibrahim on many occasions but she was dumbfounded with my sypmtons (that turned out to be very commen symptons after all) and failed to do any testing whatsoever. Within the 1st week of seeing a new GP he had me go for a full blood panel as well as x-rays which resulted in finding a cause of all my pain and suffering for years. All it took was a doctor who actually listened to his patients and cared about their well being. I am sorry to say but Dr Ibrahim is not one of those doctors. It apperas that as teh years go by she truly is in thsi field for the money and MONEY ONLY! Do not use this doctor - even for a walk-in.

I have had her as a GP for over 8 years. She is good for the basics but absolutely useless when there is a serious matter. Her job is to ensure her patients are treated correctly and to refer her patients to appropriate specialists if required. If she is required to actually look into your file for history with her, she is not happy. She wants her patients in and out the door as quickly as possible and is out to make money and nothing else. It is sad that we have doctors that are supposed to be out there to actually help people but are only out for themselves. This doctor actually lost 1/2 my file and then when I called to get my billing information to prove I had visited her offices on several occasions, my file miraculously appeared. AMAZING! I am in the process of reporting this doctor to the Medical Board!

I went to Dr. Ibrahim for a very common woman's issue, and she first off she prescribed medication that it turned out was very rarely used, so I had to go all over town to find a pharmacy that carried it. When I had gone to her I had my baby with me and told her that I was breastfeeding, and thus needed medication that I could take that would not be harmful to my baby. She assured me that the medication prescribed was ok, but the pharmacist told me that I would not be able to use it until I had finished breastfeeding, which wouldn't be for a few more months. So basically I wasted 1.5 hours waiting to see the doctor, at least 2 hours driving all over town to fill my prescription, and all to no avail, as I wasn't able to use what she prescribed. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Ibrahim is extremely insensitive to ethnic patients, rude and very unhelpful towards the patient when looking for advise. Dr. Ibrahim does not care for her patient's health needs. I am not sure why she choose medicine as a career. I would have appreciated more time and understanding from her to understand my health concerns.

When I first went to Dr. Evelin, I really liked her. She was helpful & friendly However in the last year I was with her she kept complaining she only gets paid for 1 issue per visit. When I got my new allergy serum, she didn't know what to do with extra bottle. I asked what the instructions said and she replied, "I haven't had time to read them." This disgusted me since she was always talking about her payments. When I got a new doctor, he knew exactly what to do. I found out Dr. Evelin totally missed giving me the dust serum all due to not reading the instructions. I had to throw the unused serum out due to being outdated. This medication was at my expense. When I wrote & told her my concern and explaining why I was changing doctors, she didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my letter.

Dr. Ibrahim is very kind, and the clinic has one of the shortest wait times I have experienced with a walk-in. She gives me a lot of time to get out exactly what the problem is, and unlike some walk-in doctors, she proposes that I follow-up with her n some issues. I recommend her highly to anyone in the area!

I have been seeing Evelyn for 2 years now. She was not taking new patients but has been monitoring me on ant-depressants so I consider her my family doctor. I quit seeing my other one and only see her. I find her so nice and genuine and caring. She totally makes me feel comfortable and she always asks me if there is anything else. She has never enforced me to only have one issue (which I try to be considerate to others) and she has never rushed me out. My previous doctor was like that. I find Evelyn an absolute pleasure and I would recommend her (& have) to anyone needing a doctor. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Evelin Ibrahim is an excellent Dr. She is extremely thorough and goes above and beyond to help diagnose and treat. I wish we could have her for a family Dr. unstead of a walk-in.

The waiting time to see her is unreasonably long even when you book an appointment. I usually have to wait over an hour before I can get in. She is also quite strict on only one issue per visit, so it can be quite a pain to have to wait so long and then rebook to see her for another issue.

Evelin has been my doctor for three years now. She is warm, friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgable. If she is not on time, it could very well be the previous patients not the doctor herself. I have been in the office several times where there is a clear sign that says "one concern at a time". This is totally understandable and is for the purpose of keeping the docs on schedule. If one , two or three people come in on one appt and ask about numerous concerns about different problems then of course the doctors schedule will be out of wack. I have moved from the Port Moody area but will continue to travel there for the purpose of keeping Evelin as my doctor, especially throughout my pregnancy.

I found her to be friendly, helpful and easy to understand. I could recommend this doctor at this Port Moody walk in clinic - unlike the other doctors at this same location based on the opinions and ratings.

i would be hard-pressed to recommend this doctor. while her bedside manner is okay, she, like her husband (in the same practice) she is quick to get you in & out, and even quicker to prescribe medication. twice i have been misdiagnosed and on at least one occaision that i'm aware of, i left with a prescription make out for the wrong dosage; caught only by our local pharmacist.
