If you like waiting in a little room for 45 minutes, Dr. Ashley is your man. He is not discouteous, but not warm either. When suffering from a problem, he gave me advice that made things worse. He would rather write in his computer than look at you.

Great doctor, but the front desk staff is very incompetent. Don't every try to get anything done on the phone... the only chance you have is to go there directly and demand action.

The office staff is rushed and rude. Dr. Ashley does not want to spend any time with you, and him and the staff got mad at me when I wanted an appt. to go over my physical results. I heard them speaking about me from another room.Dr. Ashley gave me the wrong medication for my high blood pressure out of being rushed. Do not pick this doctor if you have him on your insurance, you will be sorry. He does not have time for you.

knowing that i had an auto imune disease he came to the skilled jursing facility [two days late] said he was sorry that i had to go through this , left and i did not see him again. he made no effort to research the disease or find another sourse to help me. thereafter i spent seventeen days at the norris cancer clinic, one wwwk at another skilled nursing facility ande came home with a caregiver. I am still msking my way to recovery. This Dr. is involved with a third rate med. group. he is very naiveas to handling patients.

Dr. Ashley has always been very helpful and knowledgable. ALWAYS takes time to answer questions and never rushes to get out.

Dr. Ashley, although relative young, has the proven qualities to continue on that rare pathway of becoming a great doctor. He is attentive, caring, kwoledgeagble, with impeccaable bedside manners and a health dose of empathy. His down-to-earth style belies his clear and complete understanding of the trajectory of general medicince. I know all this because I have been his patienct for some 5 years and have had to see for a number of issues. Lastly, his staff are well trained, helpful, and laid back, but professional.

Dr. Ashley made a medication error, and when I complained that it was because he wouldn't spend any time with me, he told me to complain to Santa Monica Bay Physicians (his employer). When I complained to them about the med. error, he responded by writing me a letter saying I was too demanding and firing me as a patient. In truth, he was covering his medication error by blaming it on me. This doctor never took the time to talk to me or care about me past 5 minutes of time.
