Good doctor who helped my elbow but now I need to see him for my shoulder and it will be over 1 year wait. I called the next day after the new referral for a follow-up on my elbow and they could fit me in 5 days later, but 1 year wait for my shoulder??! Much too long wait and I paid to see him the first time.

Dr Vaisler is a wonderful Dr, very helpful, explains what is going to be done, came back after the surgery to let me know how it went, was concerned about keeping the pain undercontrol, I am a very happy camper. His office staff is the best, too

Not only is he an amazing Doctor, but he also gave wonderfull guidance when it came to dealing with ICBC lawyers.

Did not set my arm correctly. Required 2 more operations. Could have corrected when he inspected at initial two week appointment and suspected somthing wrong. Arm was bent for 1 yr with limited movement. 2 more operations required. Missed many events. Unable to train.

did a great job on my shoulder. didn't do the surgery until he had exhausted every other option,but then very quick to set up the date. The follow-up was also good. My only complaint was that he was too fast on his office visits. I didn't get as much info as I expected. maybe I expected too much. If I ever need care in his area of expertise, would hope he was available

This doctor took my case as an emergency, saw me at nearly midnight and operated on me the next day. He was very kind, very willing to make sure that I had enough pain relief, and did an excellent job on my surgery. I felt in good hands and when I got home to the U.S., my surgeon here said that he did a good job. There was an error in my medical record and Dr. V. kindly wrote back to me and corrected my medical record. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. Very professional and very nice. He was factual and said what he thought, which I appreciated. He also charged an amazingly reasonable fee compared to United States fees. I was on vacation in Canada when I got hurt skiing.
