Dr. Bateman and Heather are the best! I have had Dr. Bateman as my dr since I started junior high school, I am now 33 yrs old. Heather is organized and very personable. My calls are usually returned to me by her within a couple of hours. Appointments can take a while with him, but it's because he is taking his time with his patients and never rushes any of us, he always listens. I do agree with the other posts that the front desk employees could use some customer service training, but Dr. Bateman and Heather more than make up for the shortcomings of the front desk people.

Dr. Bateman and the medical staff are great. The front desk needs hospitality training. Bateman wanted to refer me for an ultrasound and his referral staff LOST the order I hand delivered to them. It is a week later and I am needing to call them daily to get them to schedule it. Hopefully it's not cancer or I may die before they get their act together.

I have just returned from my first visit.. All I can say is WOW the staff is amazing and knowledgeable.. I have prayed for a Dr. who will listen and take the time needed to get to know the "person" he is treating.. I feel blessed to have been referred to Dr. Bateman and all I can say is I am so glad I asked my surgeon for a recommendation. I always say to people "I have trust issues when it comes to Drs." I guess I will not be saying that anymore.. I trust Dr. Bateman and believe that if I have a question he will provide the answers or seek the find the answers though thorough examinations and tests. Dr. Bateman and staff all deserve a HIGH 5!

Dr. Bateman and his amazing nurse, Heather are wonderful! I just became a regular patient a little while back. He is totally thorough and detailed and has a wonderful 'bedside manner'. His nurse is upbeat, no-nonsense and makes you feel warm, comfortable and welcome. I feel so lucky that I was able to become a regular patient. I would recommend Dr. Bateman to anyone. I will say that I haven't been nearly as impressed with the front desk receptionists at Primary Care NW, where I see him. They are not very friendly and seem to lack patience.

It is true that he is not very punctual, however it is nice that he takes the time to listen to me when my last PCP would be in the room for only 10 minutes with me. He truly listens and is genuine about your well being and finding answers. He is quick to give other suggestions even outside the box and never makes you feel like what you are feeling is "in your head." His Nurse is also fabulous. I think it is terrific that if my doctor is in that day that I can get a same day appointment. Something I could never do at my previous PCP. I definately recommend this doctor!

Dr Bateman is a top notch doctor - a rarity & a privelege given the quacks Ive had in the past. He has diagnosed several health chronic health issues that have plagued me for years. I cannot say enough good things about this fine human being.

I'm blessed that I found him. I'm very ill with many specialists and complications. He gives me all the support and time I need. He loves giving service and caring for people. Listens.

Dr Bateman is a wonderful! He is a doctor because he loves to help others. He is one of the few doctors that is not in it for the money. He may not be the most punctual doctor, but that is because he does not rush your visit to get to the next. Everyone gets the time/care that they need. He is also the team physician for the student athletes at University of Puget Sound. This man truley loves to help others and it shows.
