My 8 month old had RSV, and she was the only one who listened to me and believed me when I told her that she had stopped breathing. Earlier that day, I had been in a walk in and that dr told me "not to worry about it". Thank god I trusted my gut. And thanks to Dr Baba for her knowledge and expertise!

:) Click to report rating    6/6/07 5 5 5  Treated our daughter for a number of years for a relatively uncommon condition that had Dr. Baba dealing with a specialist at the Children's Hospital in Vancouver. I can not say enough about Dr. Baba's dedication to our daughter. Our daughter is now being treated by another physcian as she is an adult, and I now realize how special Dr. Baba really is and the extent of her care for our daughter over the years. Dr. Baba is extremely dedicated and compassionate with a very high knowledge level. Our daughter is now treated more as an illness than the special person she is, and she had always being treated with respect and care by Dr. Baba. Dr. Baba really is a credit to her profession and we can't thank her enough for the countless hours she spent caring for our daughter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

:) Click to report rating    5/6/07 4 5 5  Dr. Baba has been my sons doctor for 8 years now. She has always been helpful to me and my children. She has gone out of her way to see my son. She seems to be always available. My son has very serious medical problems and she has got everything he needs as fast as she could or found some one who could. I have never found her rude or unpleasant.

:( Click to report rating    4/3/07 1 1 1  Dr Baba was very rude and very unknowledgable to say the least when she was my daughters doctor. There was a very serious situation that was ignored and if not for the keen eye of another doctor my daughter would have possible not survived.There was also a previous situation that was not dealt with in a timely or professional manor that caused my daughter alot of unnecessary pain.I would never recommend her to anyone and I would never go to her for help again!

:) Click to report rating    4/1/07 5 5 5  Dr. Baba is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated paediatrician. The only problem is that she is always working and is very busy and thus sometimes forgets to follow up on things. I have seen her at the hospital from 7 am to past midnight...I have met with many paediatricians in different cities and areas of the world and she is very good in comparison to most. A bonus: the kids like her, too.
