Dr Fallows is very nice and listens to his patients. Had some proceedures done and he is soft and gentle and exlains everything. He made me very comfortable.I have a lot of confidence in him which helps through out out bad times..
I used to be Dr. MacSween's patient until he retired and then started seeing Dr. Fallows. At first I was very wary of Dr. Fallows but as I got to know him, I realized just how great a doctor he is. He put me on a medication that has changed my life for the better! I've never felt so good! Dr. Fallows is very knowledgeable and very kind. He's easy to talk to and is very empathetic! He is young and is up to date on new treatment and tests. I appreciate the fact that since I travel to see him, they book my appts on a Friday afternoon. His secretary is very very friendly and accomodating. I enjoy attending my appointments as it is always a pleasurable experience (regardless of why I'm there!). I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Fallows as my specialist!
I recently had a test done at the DECH with Dr.Fallows. I was very nervous and anxious about it, but he made the test very relaxing and he was caring and comfortable and treats U like a person. I told him in 5 years I would be back for a test that I avoided for a year:)thanks to him I will no longer avoid the test.

He has been my Dr. for 7 years. We didn't get off to a great start as I was in a very bad situation that wasn't supposed to happen, and he just happen to be the first Dr. through the door, so I took it out on him. But he forgave me. He is a terrific Dr, and talks to you as a person, not a patient. He took the time when things were going wrong and couldn't be fixed here, and spoke with Drs. in Toronto and got me there within 5 days. He didn't try to fix the problem when there were Drs. he knew could fix it, no questions asked. And called atleast every other day to see how things were going. I wouldn't give him up as my specialist ever. I just got lucky getting him after I had decided the Dr I had been with for over 10years made me feel like a statistic and wouldn't listen to me, believing he was the Dr and I didn't know what I was talking about. But Glen knows I know my body and he respects my opinion and we work together to figure out the problem! He is the best!!!

Wonderful man! He did not stop until he found out what exactly was wrong with my husband. For 3 years we didn't know in 3 months he found out exactly! Great job!
