Worst staff in continental US. Doctor is not kind. I would only send people I don't like there. If his procedures don't work you may be abruptly dismissed from the clinic without reason minutes before your appointment in the office. You won't receive the courtesy of a phone call. If you imply a second opinion you risk being dismissed immediately, because Dr. G knows everything. We showed up for an injection and the office personal told us "the doctor would no longer be treating us". I asked why and the lady said with a scorned look "there is nothing more to talk about". I pleaded. My wife was in a lot of pain and was sent away in tears, literally. For a "pain intervention" clinic there was certainly no compassion. I called the "billing dept" to ask a billing question. I left 3 messages, sent 2 emails, 1 fax. No reply. Finally got a letter accusing me of "harassment" and never to contact them again about my bill, just to pay it. Go there at your own risk. You have been warned!

Its all about the $$$$. Unpleasant, and unhelpful office staff. Forever to make appt. Little to NO follow-up.

Dr. Gilliland is amazing, in one visit he discovered and began treating what was really wrong with my back. He is professional and very engaging. Love his staff too!

It is hard for me to give anyone a perfect score and I didn't here, however, it was difficult not too. Up to this point Dr. M. has provided relief from the pain in hips and lower back that had been an issue for quite awhile and the good Dr. did the job! Chiropractors are helpful but pain is not handled. Keep up the good work!

Very nice guy! Knows his stuff. I had been to 4 doctors, physical therapy, and he was able to figure out what was wrong with me in 10 minutes.
