5/5/11 | 3 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Of course he demonstrated the generally recognized competence one would see in a brief pre-op meeting, but for me was outstanding about Dr. Schisler was his bedside manner--very professional but warm, kind, and able to respond to humor. He worked with me to discuss my past reactions to anesthesia and displayed both clear understanding and--could it be?--empathy. So far he's been the best anes. doc I've met (altho there hasn't been that many). I'd guess that he demonstrates this kind of comprehensive attention and care--as well as warmth of personality--in his other medical ventures. Ii'd have to give him lots of thumbs up--except I only have two! | Respond |
