This is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very caring and really listens to me. She does not hesitate to admit when she does't know and ships me off to a specialist.

I do NOT like this doctor. She is incredibly disrespectful when I have seen her, and bases her opinions and practices on hearsay from third parties, and not what I have discussed with her myself. The treatments she has recommended for my daughter have all been contradicted by other doctors that I have visited for second opinions when I was unsatisfied with her care. When my daughter was sick, she sent us for an emergency appointment with one of the local Pediatricians. The Pediatricians office had no idea that we were coming, and did not even have a doctor in who could see us. As our daughter was an infant and in obvious pain, they called the Pediatrician out of a meeting and back into the office to see us.

I have been with Dr. Yakubovich for quite a few years now, she is the best Doctor I have ever had. I have absolutely no complaints about her, she extensively looks into your concern each and every time you visit. She never hesitates to send you to a specialist in a field that is not her expertise. She makes me feel like I am related to her and therefore wants me to receive the best medical advise. What more could a patient ask for.

She is a great dr and I would recomend her to any one. She is caring and does refer you to a specialist. I have had three conditions that she didnt hesitate to send me to a specialist in fact she did not even perscribe treatment I was off to a specialist. She has a very concer for me as I expect she has for all her patients. I am in my sr years and hope I can have her the rest of my life. Some of my family have her and can only say good things.

This doctor figures out how you want to work with her and she is very accommodating. I am aging and like to take responsibility for my well-being. If I develop a problem I do my own research into both medical and holistic approaches. She is open and makes me feel at ease talking to her about both approaches. I feel I will beable to age gracefully and limit the amount of medical intervention I will require as I age. I wish more doctors would take this approach and more people would educate themselves. Our doctors would be less stressed and we would be healthier and happier. I look forward to a long, working relationship with her as my doctor.

I think money is everything for her so she want to see me as often as possible and prescribe the pills even if she doesn't know what they are for.And to see specialist I have to see her at least 6 times before.

This doctor hasn't got a clue about medications and their reactions or their purpose or their interactions with other medications. She just likes giving them out like candy. She used to be good but has backslide terribly.

Best Doctor I have ever had. Extremely caring and dedicated to her patients. Will go the extra mile. Quick to refer to specialists when needed. Listens to her patients and is very knowledgeable. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes on a bad day!

Dr. Yakubovich has been my doctor for the past 5 years. She is extremely helpful, returned phone calls promptly, even visited me in the ER when she was not scheduled. She has a good judge of character and has been wonderful!

I don't know why she has so many good ratings. I have never been so unimpressed with a Doctor. I was pregnant and on vacation when hospitalized. I was told she was contacted and would have verything set up in the Abbotsoford hospital for me so I would have a smooth transfer. When I get to the hospital the Staff say they have never heard from her and nothing is setup. I was supposed to already be admitted. Instead I had to sit in the ER with everyone else and wait for hours pregnant and in serious pain. I was so angry with her. If you can't do your job don't say you will.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. When I woke up from surgey she was standing there making sure I was ok when she wasn't even the surgeon. Very caring and always pleasent.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Yakubovich as my doctor. She was referred to me my a friend of mine. Dr. Yakubovich took me on as a patient when my previous Dr. left his practice due to illness. I only waited 1 week to see her and they was very friendly, thorough and informative. I have RA for a number of years and as a new patient, she was persistent with acquiring an appointment with a specialist. She took my condition very seriously and wanted an update on my condition and overall health. She was as personal as picking up the phone herself to relay results of tests or call me in for another appointment to follow-up. I've had her for a few months now but I really have no complaints. (I also have to listen very closely to understand the accent) but over time I should overcome that barrier. I really appreciate her.

I have difficulty with accents so that is somewhat challenging for me but the medical attention I receive is tops. I am middle aged and find her very thorough on an ongoing basis to help me age gracefully and be on top of anything that may present a problem. She gives practical advise and suggestions for staying healthy and I like the fact that her training from Russia included holistic therapies. Although she is not able to use these therapies here I believe it gives her a more holistic and balanced approach to health care. The clinic is busy & I am sure she is time pressured but she really cares & gives you her full attention when she is with you. I have never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment.

I had her as my birthing doctor. It was a horrific experience, and she did things I ... think she could have maybe not done. But I came out in good health, as did the baby. As a person she's very nice. Thick accent, can be a bit difficult to communicate at times. She's also modest about exams, but she is very knowledgable in what she does. I think, if you're having a baby, make sure she knows what you want, and don't want, before you go to the hospital. She will, however, take care of you very well!

it's easy to see why she's only a clinic Dr. The lady is a moron. i was very unimpressed with her, when i go to a Dr. it's to get better, not to have some lady come in and without even looking at me ask "what would you like me to prescribe you?" like hello? you're the Dr not me! This kind of "care" might bode well for the addicts out here but as for the normal ones such as myself and my family we'll find a Dr. who knows how to be a Dr....... in other words not her!

My family is very happy with this dr. We get kind and friendly service. Dr. is always there to be with patient to help in whatever way possible and not running off to the next patient or making others her priority. Would highly reccommend her,EXCEPT already too busy to get in to see when convenient. Too popular I guess.
