:( Click to report rating    4/15/09 5 2 1 1  Not only is this doctor unwilling to help - she is also the rudest and unknowledgable one I've ever seen. All I asked her for was an alergy test - I needed a referal from her- I said I had been using over the counter medications for 3 months to clear my congestion and that I needed to find out if I had allergies. On my first visit she didn't even address my concerns and this time (a month and 1/2 later) she told me to stop taking the medicine and come back in a month- When I explained that I cannot breath and that I can't sleep because I panic from not being able to breath, her exact words were "You can breathe through your mouth right?" She refused to send me for an allergy test - not to mention she was rushed- typed while she talked and asked me questions that I had already answered - because she wasn't paying attention. Not ONE time did this doctor look me in my eyes while she spoke only at the screen. I really wish doctors like this didn't exist. I'm really sad :(

:( Click to report rating    1/14/09 1 1 1 1  she's not helpful. she's really rude. She doesn't listen to my concerns. She ignored my sinus infection, sent me home with a bunch of cold medicine, and then asked me why I didn't see my PCP. I couldn't get into my PCP b/c she was overbooked, and I thought it would be ok to see another dr. in this office. She's the ONLY one who ever has appointments available and i can see why now.

:( Click to report rating    7/10/08 5 1 1 2  This doctor was unwilling to discuss my panic attacks because my primary complaint was a sinus infection and it was the end of the day. She may have been tired, but my appt was for 4:15 and she didn't show up to talk to me until nearly 5:00. I have visited this practice 5 or 6 times, only to have a different doctor each time. They are all unwilling to treat my headaches or my anxiety, even though they have clear records from my previous Group Health provider documenting these diagnosis since 1995. My impression of MultiCare is that they simply don't much care.
