07/02/14 2 3 5 5 Awesome doctor. All 3 of my kids go to him. The only person who figured out that my daughter had acid reflux after I took her to different docs for months. Highly knowledgeable  Respond

14/09/13 1 1 1 1 Missed an acute bowel obstruction in the most obvious of cases and sent patient home 3 times diagnosing him with the flu. Absolute terrible mistake that could have resulted in patient demise but luckily, there was a competent surgeon who realized the situation was an acute bowel and decided to operate.

12/08/13 1 2 4 5 His staff is rude and not helpful to communicate with parents or up-dateing the information to the doctors. They did not send reminder e-mail or phone call about the schdueled appointment or the blood tests or any other reports. If you call them any time durring whole working time they will always ask you for hold and then you will be on hold for at least ten minutes. But he is a good Dr.  Respond

22/09/11 1 1 1 3 Horrible staff! Over an hour wait with an appointment. Staff has poor communication, rude, and poor record keeping. Dr. Arab does not call back with complaints regarding staff. Better off going with anyone other office other than this one. He works well with kids and is nice in person but does not deals with his practice very poorly when it comes to staff and paperwork. I left the practice along with five other friends because everyone was so fed up with the office staff.  Respond

05/03/10 3 1 3 4 this is a good doctor but tracking him down is like a wild goose chase. the practice is run with poor communication and even locating which office he is at is a chore in itself. and once you get there, be sure you have something to occupy you for a couple hours

17/10/08 4 5 5 5 I would recommend this doctor to anyone. He keeps it simple and does a good assessment of whether a child really needs medicine and how much if at all he needs it. He keeps it simple, answers all questions patiently and when I talk to him I just get a feeling that he genuinely cares for the child.

06/10/08 5 3 5 5 Dr. Arab is so nice! He has the best bed side manner. I take my 2 year old son to see him, I haven't had to take him for anything other than well checks and immunizations, thank God, so I can't speak on his knowledge, but he has been really nice and takes his time with the child. I think because he is so great, the wait in his office is too long. Thats my only complaint.

01/03/07 4 5 5 I have been taking my children to Dr. Arab for the past 3 years at the Folsom office. He is a awesome dr, gives me answers I want to hear and respects my wishes on issues. Always plays with my boys, makes them feel comfortable while treating them. I've never had a problem with getting an appointment quickly or having calls returned to me quickly or getting through to someone! I can usually call in the morning and get my boys in that day if need be!

01/09/06 3 5 5 Dr. Arab is an excellent pediatrician and I would recommend him to anyone (Folsom Office). Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to get a human voice on the phone and most calls take days to get answered.

11/07/06 4 5 5 Dr. Arab is the doctor for both of my children and he is absolutely the best, always friendly and puts my kids at ease while treating them with respect. He recalls minor illnesses 10+ years back and correlates events very quickly. I recommend Dr. Arab to any new parent or someone new to the Folsom/EDH Area.

09/01/06 5 5 5 We have been seeing Dr. Arab for 19+ years. He is the best! Treats you as if your family is his. Even though your child is his patient, he cares about the whole family. His staff is the best. His wife who is in charge of billing will jump through hoops to make sure you are billed fairly and correctly. Lisa his receptionist will never let you down and goes out of her way to help you. I HIGHLY RECOMEND!

19/04/05 4 5 5 Awesome Doc. My son loves him and I was a patient of his for 13 years. (He will take patients until 21!) He as a deep accent but seems like the kids love it (he will speak slower to the parents if need be..he is not very hard to understand at all) He plays with them and make getting check-ups a game. He really knows how to interact. He has drawn me diagrams of what was going on with my son and allows the children to "give themselves a checkup"-Like hold the instruments, do things themselves so they are more comfortable. He was there when my son was born and he has always given us the best of care. He's about late 40's-early 50's and has an office in Folsom and in Carmichael (Next Door to Mercy San Juan). He is fluent in Farsi? and English. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Sacramento area (he takes MANY insurance's and MediCal). Carmichael: (916) 965-4612
