14/06/13 4 4 1 1 My surgery resulted in a severely crooked S-shape assymetrical nose. It was visible instantly after the surgery. Moreover, the stitches were applied sloppy, with a piece of skin hanging from the thread. Worst is that the doctor did not admit it, and instructed me to wait a year. No better. 18 months. He finally offered a revision rhinoplasty, his fee waived. He kept telling that revisions are even harder and success rates drop with each one. I did not feel confident he would do the best he can for me, so as hard as it was to go pay someone else, I did it and have no regrets. I chose to forgo a free surgery, do your research whether you choose to pay for one.

17/02/13 5 5 5 5 Miracles happen. After 4 rhinoplasties I came to see Dr. Kibblewhite because I had trouble breathing, my air pathways were blocked, I snored heavily at night and I had a bump on my nose. Dr. Kibblewhite fixed ALL OF THE ABOVE as a real pro and virtuoso that he is. He is a true master of his domain i.e. NOSES. I had a graft taken from my rib and everything went very well. Whenever I had any questions (even really silly ones post surgery), Dr. Kibblewhite was always available to answer my questions in a kind, knowledgeable, good humoured manner. He really knows what he's doing, I trusted him with my face and very happy with the result. Also, my case was especially difficult because it was my 5th revision rhinoplasty and they become increasingly difficult with each time. I hoped that it would be my last rhinoplasty and it is. His assistant, Elizabeth is also very professional and extremely nice. I had a great experience all the way. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

26/01/13 3 3 3 1 I went to this doctor for a rhinoplasty revision, he had told me he was one of the best revision surgeons in western Canada. I went ahead with the operation and my nose turned out terrible. This doctor refused to fix it or refund any money. He became very condesending and short with me on the follow up appointments. He basicly told me he would not be able to help me anymore.I would not recommend Dr. Kibblewhite if you want to get your nose fixed.I ended up going to another, world renowned surgeon and paid $14,000. My nose now looks great.I urge people to research your Doctor before you go ahead with any surgery.

11/11/12 5 5 5 5 I had my nose fixed by Dr. Kibblewhite. He was patient, was caring and was the only doctor who asked for my previous photo to see what my natural nose looked like. I had my nose done by another surgeon 10 years ago but was completely ruin. Dr. Kibblewhite helped me by adding to my nose and making it more natural and suitable for my face. I'm a 29 years old Asian male and am completely satisfied with the service. I think the most important thing is communication. I was open with him about what I want and he offered me his advice. The result completely exceeded my expectation. And I'm now very happy with my nose.  Respond

02/05/12 1 1 1 1 would not recommend this doctor to do nose surgery. He ruined my nose and I had to go through a second surgery by him to fix it. I am left with a nose that I am very unhappy with and throughout the whole process he acts like its no big deal. Please do your research and have many consultations before you get surgery done by him. Very dissapointing since I was referred to him by the best  Respond

16/11/11 5 5 5 5 Dr. Kibblewhite was funny, helpful and the surgery he performed has made an immense difference. I can finally breathe after many years of being plugged up. The difference was immediate and I only wish I had done the surgery years earlier. I would not hesitate to recommend this doctor.  Respond

27/10/10 4 5 5 5 A great choice for a nose revision. He is very professional and always put a smile on my face. He is very good at giving you the results you want. Not creating the same cookie cutter nose for every woman that walks through his door. He gave me a beautiful nose and I am so thankful to find a good doctor. This is my 2nd surgery and I am sooooooo pleased with him. I will Only recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you so much Dr. Kibblewhite you have made my life so much more beautiful!!  Respond

20/10/10 5 5 4 5 Good skills and good results in the end, but poor bedside manner. Got toxic shock syndrome from gauze in my nose, but he seemed to ignore it, just amped up the antibiotics, not cool.  Respond

18/07/10 1 3 1 1 This doctor is so horrible. He did such a bad job considering that he was recommended to me to be the best. There's still a bump on my nose after a few years of him working on it. He was so rude and not helpful when I said I wasn't satisfied. I mean $6000 is a lot of money to give out and still have a bumb. He wanted to charge me again!!! He is that WORST!!! Please do not go to him.

16/10/09 5 5 5 5 I had my first consult with Dr.Kibblewhite today and I am pleased. I was 20 minutes late due to the weather and his staff assured me I could still get a full consultation. He spent a lot of time looking at my nose from all angles with tools and I could tell he knew what he is doing. He as well as maybe 3 other surgeons in Bc have the skill set to fix my problem so if he can't than Im hopeless. Though I will not like other people go into surgery thinking he is a god and then be disappointed to learn he is human. I honeslty believe he will take me to where I want to go. I liked his humour, his persona, his confidence and he was very complimentary. So Two thumbs up.  Respond

24/09/09 5 5 5 5 I was referred to Dr. Kibblewhite by my family doctor. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I would question any comments about his "demeanor" since it's such that's such a personal judgement to make. I found his nonchalant demeanor to be soothing. I have a tendency to get anxious, and found his attitude to be contagious. He was honest about pain, and discomfort, he did not sugarcoat any aspects of the surgery. (I had a complicated septioplasty to correct a deviated septum which affected my breathing). Needless to say I've been 100% cured. As an avid long-distance runner, I cannot begin to tell you the amount that I've benefited from Dr. Kibblewhite's professionalism, and experience. I can see some truth to some of the comments where patients have shared that he says "not to worry" about issues that may seem important to you. Perhaps in these cases, (though it may seem difficult), it's a good idea just to take the doctor's advice and not worry!  Respond

15/06/09 5 5 5 5 Dr Kibblewhite is a miracle worker with a great sense of humour. It has been only a week since my surgery and I can breathe through my nose. It is positioned in the centre of my face and it looks great. Recovery was exactly as he said it would be. I am very happy with the results. I have to admit I was quite difficult - I was terrified, but he was very patient and took his time to explain to me what I needed to know.  Respond

08/04/09 5 5 5 5 For a first consluation, it went pretty smooth, for a doctor he exmamined me extensively, I have a botched nose from previous rhinoplasty and I really felt comfortable with him, he was honest, direct and listened to what I had to say, he didn't rush me in and out of visit.  Respond

02/04/09 1 3 1 4 I didn't even visit this doctor due to the fact that none of my pre-consultation questions were answered with anything other than "you will have to come in for several consultations" and "we cannot guarantee anything". All I wanted were ballpark figures and most other doctors are willing to provide that information.  Respond

27/03/09 5 1 1 1 I was recommended to dr. K by another doctor, I went into the surgery expecting him to fix my poor breathing and crooked nose. I was exptremely disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and actions. He left the gauze in my nose after my surgery which was fine and I woke up the next morning with a piece of it in my throat. I called him at 6am in agonizing pain with 6 inches of gauze hanging out of my mouth and I was choking. He informed me I would have to wait until my follow up later that day and there was nothing he could do! I pulled the gauze out because I had no choice if I did not want to choke, and lost a lot of blood. After controlling the bleeding myself I waited until my appointment 4 hours later and when I met with him he just laughed and said "well I am better at pulling out gauze". very upset with his job and demeanor, and what proved a few hours of work for him, and just another day of surgery left me with the same problems I went in with for the rest of my life.  Respond

14/01/09 5 5 3 3 I'd like to like Dr. K more than I do because he's very decent and respectful, and he seems to know his stuff. Hospital staff seem to really respect him, too. Unfortunately, the procedure he did to fix a previous bad repair of my broken nose by another surgeon did not turn out that well. I still have a partially blocked airway and lump on the side of my nose that wasn't there before. He might have done the best he could with what was left of my nose, but I'm ultimately disappointed. He did do a good job of rebuilding the cartilage in front of the bone so it's no longer sunken there.  Respond

20/03/07 5 5 5 This surgeon is a miracle worker. He repaired my husbands nose and the damage done by 2 other surgeons trying to fix the same complaint. The waiting time in his office was minimal. His office staff was knowledgeable helpful and friendly. The doctor was willing to spend time to explain everything to respond to any questions asked of him. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor.  See Responses
