:) Click to report rating    2/10/07 5 5 5  Dr. Garber is a very kind, caring,organized, and efficient doctor. Her patients come first. If there's a problem it's adressed right away. If you need a referal, it's taken care of fast. I don't know very many doctors that are willing to make house calls on a minutes notice either. This woman deserves every award out there! She's one of the best when it comes to dealing with patients.
