I am 51 years old and have been going to Leo Cain for 1 year....wish I started earlier. Just had my second ever filling and he was great. Even called to check how I was making out. Quite impressive!! His staff is delightful - Love that Nicole!!!
I've been going to Dr. Cain for 17 years. He is fantastic. Never had any problems with work he has done. His freezing is always perfect...no surprise pain. Got me in last minute for emergencies no question. Very friendly. Smart doctor.
Dr. Cain is fantastic. Several years ago, I had to have a cap put on my front tooth. I had already had it replaced 3 times because of aesthetics and the gum had never healed properly. Other dentists told me it was because I wasn't flossing enough...even though I floss all the time. These were dentists in Ottawa. When I moved to Fredericton, I was told about Dr. Cain. As soon as he examined my current cap, he explained the problem...it had nothing to do with flossing. After a lengthy process of temporary caps, and being sent to a lab in town, I finally have a BEAUTIFUL cap. It's amazing. And my gums finally look healthy again. Dr. Cain was great at explaining everything. I've learned to be clear about what I want though - there were a few moments when we both seemed a little frustrated, but he listened to what I was trying to say, and eventually, we were on the same page. The other staff are also fantastic - very friendly, extremely helpful. Nothing but good things to say!!
I don't like going to the dentist, but he's been great with both me and my kids. Very friendly and capable. The only problem I've had is that when he freezes your mouth, he goes very deep with the needle and the muscle can end up very sore after it wears off - I've never experienced this pain with previous dentists.

He is the best! Very knowledgeable, efficient, current, pleasant, and personable. Great staff and they all seem so happy all the time. Stress-free every visit.
What can I say, the best in his field; progressive and knowledgeable. He surrounds himself with support staff that only enhance his practice and makes an otherwise "Stressful trip to the Dentist" a pleasant, painless event :)
