:) Click to report rating *  2/16/10 5 4 5 Dr. Mehdi and his staff are awesome. thoughtful and caring, sometimes rare for your typical Doctor's office. Even when they are busy - they pay really great attention. Everyone I know in town thinks Dr. Mehdi isa great Doctor and an essential member of our neighborhood. A few of these less than great recommendations forhis medical office are suprising. They sound like a disgruntled employee or something like that..... I highly recommend Dr. Mehdi to your family and loved ones.

:) Click to report rating    11/21/09 5 5 5 Dr. Mehdi has been my pcp for 5 years now. He is EXCELLENT!!! He is a very kind, compassionate, and intelligent. He does not treat anyone like they are just a "patient"...he treats everyone like they are his family. When I go to the office I do not feel like I'm actually entering into a doctors office. It is a very warm, friendly, and inviting office. I feel that everyone from the front desk,to the medical assistances, and the NP's are like family to me.His staff complements him very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Mehdi's office.

:| Click to report rating    11/14/09 3 1 1 I have been a patient of Dr. Mehdi's for 5 years. I am leaving the practice. He is never there, and he never returns phone calls. I had an appointment this week with the Nurse Practitioner who was wonderful but I want to see my doctor. The last 5 times he has not been there. I also would like to say to him that he should talk to his medical assistant about covering up her neck. How unprofessional to walk around exposing her personal life. She is not friendly as it is but this is so unprofessional. I hate to leave but I have no other choice.

:) Click to report rating    11/1/09 4 1 3 always a three hour wait, staff is pleasant and helpfull, there is a different medical assistant there it seems weekly and I guess the old one got a promotion or something. She is very rude. Dr. Mehdi is rarely there but when he is is he is very nice.

:) Click to report rating    10/31/09 4 5 5 Dr Mehdi is a very good Dr., I've been going to him for 3+ years now having moved back to the So.Shore from overseas. I find the staff & practioners very efficient and competent. I've had wait times from 15 mins for sked appts to 1.25hrs for a walk-in. Other family members see Dr. Mehdi on a regular basis including my 75+ Mother. The office is very good at getting scripts extended when you run out and haven't made it to your next appt. I've been sick when traveling and have had Dr.Mehdi call me after I've sent him a sms msg. Always returns phone calls. I would recommend Dr.Mehdi highly.

:|      9/12/09 4 1 1 Doctor is never there, staff is stressed due to his absence. The medical assistant is rude and unfriendly, and should watch her mouth. The doctor and medical assistant are a little to friendly. The only one that knows what she is doing is the office manager who tries to cover for this practice way to much. Too bad she isn't a doctor because she is the only one who seems to care what goes on there or even knows what goes on there! I have had my last appointment with Dr. Mehdi, I agree, run don'w walk from this practice. The wait is at least an hour, usually alot more and most of the time when he is there he is sitting in his office on the computer or phone. The wait in the rooms is at least another hour. I don't have the time to spend the day at the doctors office. I have a job too! Pay attention to your practice, I feel this is getting to be a very dangerous place!!!!

:|      8/13/09 1 1 3 Staff is ridiculous. Plan on waiting 3 hours in the waiting room. One time, I had a 1:00 apt as did three others in the waiting room - no one was behind the recp desk. At 1:40 I heard laughing and saw them all sitting eating lunch behind a two way mirror window. Had to leave it was so terrible. No regard for patient's time.

:(      8/8/09 1 1 1 I have never seen an office run this way - unorganized, rude, unhelpful - forget about getting through on the telephone - it doesn't happen - once you get to see the doctor he is pleasant but will just send you on your way with business cards to book in with all of these specialists - no follow up whatsoever and the staff can never find results - run don't walk out of this office.

:) Click to report rating    7/20/09 3 1 4 Dr. Mehdi is very nice, knowledgeable. The office staff is so so. You must ask for a receipt for co-pay, one is never offerd. Received bill for co-pay(which was paid) and was told by a firm that took over their billing/office accounting practices to be sure to get a receipt every visit as there were discrepancies. Expect very long waits in the waiting room and even longer once you are put in the examining room.

:) Click to report rating    6/22/09 5 5 5 I have been with Doctor Mehdi for 7 years. Now my entire immediate family, extended family and neighbours even colleagues at work all come to see Dr Mehdi. His staff goes above and beyond its duties to help me and all my over 50 relatives and friends that have nick named Dr Mehdi and his staff as "the best kept secret of Boston". You are not a number at his office. Dr Mehdi is the only Doctor that gives out his cell number to all his patients. A service you will never get at other offices that run more like a corporation. You are not number instead you get his cell number---GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS OFFICE
