My father urgently needed a carotid endarterectomy. Dr. Mackenzie patiently explained the delicate procedure to my dad, all the while being sensitive to the fact that English is not my father’s mother tongue. When my mother and I requested to meet with him because we had questions and concerns, he took the time out of his busy schedule to answer all our questions and carefully go over the risks and benefits associated with the procedure.
Dr. Mackenzie is an exceptional doctor and an outstanding human being. And not just because my father is alive and well today, but because he honors the oath he took as a physician and he treats his patients with the respect and dignity that they deserve, before, during, and after the operation.
I am someone who had lost all faith in our medical system a few years back. Dr. Mackenzie restored my hope and trust in it again. I wish there were more like him.
If Dr. Mackenzie is to perform your surgery, rest assured, you are in excellent hands.
This Doctor is excellent. He will take the time to explain your case and will be very honest with you about your condition. He is very committed to his patient care and to the eventual patient follow up. Highly recommended.
Attention mesdames, méchant petard ! En plus d'être beau il est très empathique, ça donne presque le goût d'être malade. Il prend le temps de tout expliquer et de répondre à toutes les questions, on ne se sent pas un numero, un doc parfait.
