Dr OJa was a very good PS, he was to the point but very frinedly and was SUPER helpful in finding the right breast implants for me.. sending them all the way from germany. If i decide to get them bigger! He will be the only person i would consider seeing. He is professional and did show much enthusiasm about his work. He followed up and my incisions healed within 2 weeks?? from what i could see. He is a good doctor no complaints i love my new boobs.

I am a 14 year old male. Went to Dr. Oja for a broken hand. I found that he was extreamly rude. When he waas giving me a needle to freeze my hand he rudely said "quit squirming. He has absolutely no compassion or patience for me. He is very intimidating, and didnt have any social skills. A smile and a kind word goes a long way. He makes Dr. House look like a **** cat!!! I hope I NEVER ever have to see him again. Both my parents agreed that he was very unprofessional in his doctor-patient relationship.

He did my breast reduction seven years ago. It was a horrific experience. Terrible bedside manner, absolutely no patience for questions or anything that appeared to be self-conscious behaviour. He left terrible scars and the shape is somewhat deformed. I now have to be very careful over what type of undergarments I buy in order to hide these issues.

Dr Oja operated on my daughter (she was 7). Found he was very kind and had a wonderful bedside manner with her. He made us feel at ease with her surgery. Highly recommended!

I find Dr. Oja to be a very informative and knowledgeable person. He was very helpful and made me feel at east. I had eye lifts and brow lifts which were paid for by medicare due to eye problesm and I also had a tummy tuck which I paid for myself. If I had to do all over again I would DEFINITELY go back to him. I found him friendly and cariing doctor.

First visit was like most people say, frightening. He was cold, barely looked me in the eye. With my condition, medicare only wanted to pay for half the procedure but Dr Oja persisted and got the whole coverage. The day of the surgery Dr Oja was showing concern and was being affectionate, the occasional rub on the shoulder for me and my mom who were nervous. As for the scars, there wont be any, I sincerely think the scars are due to the way you act after surgery, they're out of the hands of the surgeon. The doctor's staff ( Lyne ;)) was very nice and compassionate. Made it feel relaxing. As for the punstuality, he is most of the times late, but he goes around 2 hospitals and 1 office.. the only thing I didnt apreciate, was the Oromocto hospital scheduling me for 8:15 in the morning, but only having the surgery at 12:30. They told me as an excuse they always make patients come in at least 2 hours in advance. Not cool when you didnt eat for 12 hours and are nervous... GREAT JOB Dr OJA!

Had a mole removed, He had an intern with him, Hardly spoke to me and I was friendly nd talkative, When I asked him if it would affect my work, he rudely said you don't look like you lift wieghts!! I was overwieght but very much in shape walking 5 kms a day .Very rude. When he left the room nurses were looking for needles he used, he mumbled to them on the tray, looked down on them, they found one on the floor. Insision got infected. Mind you I did not return to his office for the post operative visit.

He did my carpel tunnel surgeries on both hands. I had been warned by some that he is extremely rude and nasty to his patients. Nothing could be further from the truth. I really enjoyed my experiences with him, he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He was great with my kids during my office visits, and he took the time to explain everything to my boyfriend who was with me during the surgeries. I would not hesitate to see him again, he's great.

I saw Dr Oja a few times for my hand and arm.He did surgery twice on my hands and arm.He did an awesome job.I have feeking and no pain.He did a awesome job.Without him,not sure where i would be.He helped me big time.If people had a job like him ,people would be bad bedside mannered also.Listening to all our problems...I'd be the same way. So,for all those people out there that say doctor's are bedside bad manner's....wake up... there are alot of people out there that just play the system and some doctors know that....so just keep a smile and wait you turn...

I had a breast reduction in 2004. I am very pleased with the surgery and very happy with the results. In my opinion his knowledge and work make-up for any shortfall to his bedside manner.

Dr Oja did my breast reduction in 2005 and I found he did a very good job. His bedside manner is not the best. He is very gruff and to the point. I did feel confident about him.

This guy doesn't know enough to speak to you when he enters the room. Terrible bedside manner, and has no time to answer your questions as you are obviously inferior to him. May be knowlegeable, but very impatient and unwilling to answer questions.
