Dr.Adams is currently treating my mom, he performed a surgery on her with risks that no other doctors wanted to try...Took time to explain the options available, very human, empathic.

Dr. Robert Adams did 5 neck surgeries on me for herniated discs, he lied to me one occasion, that I confronted him on. I found he used me as a guinea pig for doing surgeries on the back of my neck twice, leaving my left arm paralyzed on the inside. The made it seem it was all in my head. I really liked him at first, but I will never let him touch me or go back to him again!! Now the Dr's in my local area won't touch me because of the condition he left my neck in!! Keep in mind I am a single mom and I'm only 35 years old!! Sure he seemed great at first, but having to operate 5 times on my neck, no other neurosurgeons have even heard of 5 neck surgeries!!

Had back surgery in 05. Excellent Dr. Explained the whole procedure, answered questions and concerns. I also called him several months after my surgery with a few questions that I wanted his opinion. Returned my call the same day and was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I will say Dr Adams is the best , having broke my back and was in very serious condition .When Dr Adams talked to me and explained the procedure I felt secure in his care . After some rods and screws I came out of surgery wonderful and today I am doing fine Thanks to Dr Adams Nice compassionate DR

Had surgery in 06,very knowledgeable,friendly.he followed me up for over a year.Explained the procedure fully,Excellant surgeon.The only complaint I had is that I have a long wait when I went to see him post-op.

Takes time with his patients to explain everything well. Very caring. Visits patients regularly while in hospital. Always has time to answer questions patiently and with empathy. Takes time to meet with the family and keep them informed too.
