This is the worst Dr. ever, I really don't know how I managed to stay with her for 5 years... I was so angry the last time I went, I decided to start a blog "Worst Doctors In Montreal" with her name on the first blog, I really don't think that they should be able to get away with this kind of treatment, and I wanted the blog to get all the names of these doctors on for all the people to see... I believe that the worst is the office policy that does not care at all about the patients, asking for a general doctor referral to see her own patient? not receiving phone calls, and TELLING you not to leave a message, how can you book an appointment without getting someone on the phone or leaving a message??? not checking on me at all after I had my first baby, to the extent that I had to call to cancel my weekly checkup appointment otherwise I would have to pay the penalty... telling them "oh by the way, I had my baby" The WORST DOCTOR EVER... DON'T GO THERE...

I need to do my yearly check up since i gave birth to my son 2 years ago and every year the secretary are asking me if i have a referral from my doctor eventhough i'm their client since 2007. I really don't understand their policy and i just found out that its illegal to do that because for them it means more money and i was told that its not supposed to be like that and they been doing that for every patient that they have every year and i can't stand the fact that personally they don't need to get more money since they have lots of client even they have poor service and poor staff especially that secretary of hers. I decided to get another doctor who will measure to all my expectations and not sensitivity and i will suggest that others will do the same 'coz she's not good.

Dr. Teresa Wrzesinski is in the profession to make herslf rich at the expense of her patients' health. Note she is still accepting new patients even though she is always overbooked. She is an immoral and unethical member of a medical system that has too fallen victim to her dishonesty and grievous negligence. I am relieved to have survived being under her care but know others may not have been so lucky.

she only cares about money.. a lot of patients all the time, long waiting hours even with appointment, rude secretary.. u always pay there more than u should.. and for every little thing u have to pay.. The doctor is not good, very indifferent and doesn't explain anything, just gives u orders, to take this or that medication.. Plus she promised to come deliver me, but she never did.. I had a very difficult delivery too..Never ever will i go there again even if i can't find anyone else.. i prefer not doing my annual pap test over going there and paying more than 100 $ with rude service..

On 09-06-01 my 73 year old aunt went for her annual gyno exam and left this doctor's office in an ambulance because she got dizzy and fell off the examing table! When she began to feel dizzy and asked the dr. to help her, the dr's response was 'I told you to lie down'. My aunt told her she could not, that she was very dizzy and the dr never help her. While my aunt tried to lie on her back she fell off the table..end result: 16 stitches on here forehead and 5 stitches under her right eye, scraped knee, bruised shoulder and big bump on head.As she was screaming because of the pain and lots of blood, never did the dr assist my aunt who was lying bare assed on the floor. She kept telling her to be quiet. It is my mom, her 68 year old sister, who came running into the room after hearing all the screaming who put pressure on the wound with damp clothes until the ambulance arrived. Never once did the dr take care of my agonizing aunt. Would you want to be treated this way?

I have read the comments for this doctor and although some of them maybe true, I am generally shocked at most of them. Many of you complain about waiting times but don't realize that it is the same in most other doctors' offices. Given the nature of this speciality, it is difficult to predict the length of time for each appointment. I have had many appointments with her and some have been routine and quick. However, when there was a problem or advice required, SHE WAS REALLY THERE FOR ME! She will keep other patients waiting in order to properly address her patients' concerns. This is an essential part of patient care and must be noted. This website is here for you to freely make comments and you should continue to do so but please, there is no need to be offensive.

Ca va faire la 3 emem fois que je rencontre ce Dr...et à chaque fois je reviens chez moi complètement désespérée...J'ai attendu 2h30. La ''super secretaire'' mettant les dossiers nouveaux sur le mien...J'ai pété une coche! Elle m'a aussi fait payé les frais d'annulation car je devais amener mon fils aux urgences...elle n'a rien voulu savoir...J'avais tellement envie de lui donner une bonne gifle... Le dr elle...je ne la trouve pas compétente pour avoir connu mieux ailleurs. La fois dernière j'avais la grippe et j'étais dans un état lamentable...je lui ai demandé 3 fois de me donner des medicaments..elle n'arretait pas de me dire : prenez bien vos vitamines!et j'ai fini par lui dire : je VEUX des vrais medicaments! J'ai jamais rien vu de tel...en plus je vais avoir une césarienne et j'ai peur...je vais changer certainement

À part l’attitude désagréable de la secrétaire et le manque d'organisation général de cette clinique (on doit attendre au moins deux heures même quand on a pris rendez-vous), ce qui m’a déplu et que cette femme médecin pousse un test payant (PAP-test soit-disant évolué et plus sûr) au profit du test traditionnel sans frais. Il est vrai qu'elle m'a laissé le choix, mais avec des arguments dont je peux difficilement apprécier la viabilité, elle a fini par me convaincre de payer quelque 90 $ pour cet autre test. À part ça, je l’ai trouvée somme toute professionelle. Elle m’a bien expliqué de quoi je souffrais (polypes) et m’a référé à un excellent collègue. Cependant, si je peux trouver une autre gynéco, la dureté de la secrétaire, la longue attente et le coût élevé d’un test dont je n’ai jamais entendu parlé jusqu’à présent ne me manqueront pas!

Aside from her terrible bedside manner, she is a great Gyno. She knows alot and can recommend many different things for medical problems or just for medication. For a routine check-up she speeds her way through patients. If you are pregnant she'll take extra time with you. If there ever is a problem she'll take the time to talk to you. The only negative thing I have to say are her prices and the fact that long time patients need a referral note once a year. It's a big inconvenience for me to have to take time out of my busy schedule to get a note from another doctor...probably a 2hr wait minimum.

There seems to be some harsh criticism of this doctor. I thought she was great. Yes, I had to wait one hour before she saw me, but that's to be expected in any medical office these days. Like many others, my check-up took a total of five minutes, but to tell you the truth, I don't really want to be in there any longer! Who does? And she was very helpful. She answered all of my questions, wrote out the prescriptions I needed, and even volunteered information and presented me with various options. She was very pleasant, I liked her a lot.

I had not gone to a gyno in over 5 years and after reading the reviews I was scared to go see Dr Wrzensinski. First of all, I found her secretary to be very nice, helpful and polite, not just to me but to everyone who came in. She is there to do her job not to be your best friend. I waited about an hour for my turn, which is pretty standard compared to all the other doctors I've been to. Second, the doctor herself was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a thorough exam, gladly answered all my questions, and wrote me referrals to do all the right tests. I was very satisfied with this doctor and will definitely continue to go to her.

J'ai été voir ce médecin parce qu'elle était la seule à avoir accepté de me prendre trois semaines plus tard et non un an plus tard comme plusieurs. Je dois dire qu'elle réfère à d'excellents confrères-consoeurs (infertilité et hernie ombilicale). Mais elle n'est pas forte pour les suivis de grossesse. Pour elle, tout est normal (saignements, mon hernie ombilical qui s'ouvre pendant la grossesse...). C'est vraiment par désespoir que j'ai été la consulter et je ne la recommande à personne.

After 2 hours of waiting she hardly visits her patients for 2 minutes!She said I was too fat to examine and to take tab. Has no business being a doctor. No compassion, no beside manner. Her secretary, one of the most rude & awful people I have ever had of dealing with.

J'ai été patiente de ce médecin pendant 11 ans environs. Je n'ai jamais été satisfaite : toujours une attente de 2 heures, même quand on a un rendez-vous, sa secretaire actuelle est arrogante et désagréable, l'attitude de ce médecin est froide et elle ne se soucie pas du tout de ses patients. C'est toujours compliqué de changer de médecin, mais après avoir lu les commentaires des autres personnes, j'ai décidé de changer de médecin, c'est certain.

I was a long-time patient and had one child & one miscarriage under this doctor. I’m now pregnant again and have switched for many of the reasons listed here, the top reason being her secretary, truly one of the most rude & awful people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. For those who have commented that this forum should not be used to rate secretaries, keep in mind that she is the person you actually deal with most. Any questions or problems you call with are vetted COMPLETELY by her. I missed an appointment because I was at the hospital miscarrying my 4 month old fetus & she actually yelled at me and told me I couldn’t come back until I paid a missed appointment fee. COLD. I’ve never been back. However, I will say that by comparison Dr. W is much more up-to-date on current research and is more thorough than my new doctor (who has top scores). She also seems to err on the side of caution, which I like better than the lessez-fair attitude of my new 65 year old doctor.

Dr. Wrzesinski is very professional and knowledgeable. I have only seen her once and she made a good first impression. I would recommend her to anyone. I will defintely remain her patient.

I had 2 children with this doctor. the wait times are unbelievable. The secretary lost my complete file! she put my file on top of the garbage can & was thrown out at night. who does that?? the doctor is always in a rush. if everything is normal she will race you out of the office

All of this doctor's talent and knowledge goes down the drain with her carelessness and selfish attitude. After 2 hours of waiting she hardly visits her patients for 2 minutes! Thank God I had a normal pregnancy or I would be in deep trouble with this doctor and her sec. She is so cheap...always taking as much patients as she can... her office is so outdated... no computer...small waiting room. Good luck going private dr.wresinski! Advice for mommies to be: go see Dr.Hemmings.

This doctor has no regard for your questions or concerns. She pushed the HPV vaccine on me when I was 29 - She insisted it was recommended for my age group and would only need one dose. I went home, looked up the actual product specs, and realized the vaccine needed 3 visits and was NOT TESTED on my age group. When I called back to speak with the doctor, Rosie would not pass me to the doctor and told me not to worry - the SALES REP said it was safe!!! FIND A NEW DOCTOR PLEASE!

i was a patient of dr Wrezinski and i can say she is the worst dr ever. she is never on time. i can wait to see her for up to 1h30 and then be seen for some 5 min. she doesnt answer questions. she is always on a hurry her clinic is always full .. patients are often waiting while standing up because there isnt enough chairs (only 8 to be exact with sometimes up to 15 patients waiting).she wasnt the one to do the delivery and thank god for that. i had a problem during my pregnancy and she didnt even know how to explain it. believe me some of her answers were "You have to check on the internet i cannot help you"! Not to speak about the famous Rosie (her secretary) who is unbelievably rude and cold. keeps you waiting on the phone waiting in front of her desk, she is so horrible that i avoid talking to her because i frequently witnessed how impolite she was with some patients (pregnant women too) she can put you out of the clinic for something like a missing photocopies. dont go there!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr.W. for over 16 years, I'm very happy with her, she"s always been available to answer all the questions I needed to be answered. She delivered both my babies with such good care that I recommended her to two girls I know, and they were both very satisfied. True, she is busy and maybe overbook but this is what happens when you are GOOD. And honestly I don't mind waiting for her because I know i'm in good and capable hands. For those who are not happy as I am, just go see another doctor nobody is forcing you to go see her. As far as the secretary she's is just trying to keep up with everyone in the office, the phone and the doctor, I think she's doing just great.

This is one of the most disorganized doctor's office I have ever been to. You are lucky when they get the results of your tests. How many times you need to call back and have to deal with the crumpy, rude and most unprofessional secretary ever (Rosie) just to get information from the tests you had to pay for. The doctor herself is not that bad and I found her to be generally helpful. Don't go to this office if you have serious health issues because you can't trust them with your tests!

Je suis allé la voir pour des problèmes de fértilité en 2005 et vue que selon elle ce n'est pas une urgence en soit, elle ma foutu à la porte de son bureau, disant qu'elle ne prends pas ce genre de cas et ce, même si j'avais un papier de mon médecin de famille. Je suis moi-même Polonaise et je ne reviendrais jamais là ! Anna D.

I can say that everytime i go there i wai at least 1h30 to 2 hours and she doesn't really spend much time with you if you have any questions, but so far everytime i went there has been fine for me, I don't like spending much time there anyways, i walk-in do my pap test and leave. I don't have any health problems so i really don't know how she is when it comes to difficult questions or when having health issues, I don't have children either so overall it's been ok for me, and her secretary is rude at times but I'm nice to her so she's always nice to me.

Moi je n'ai été qu'une fois, et je n'ai pas été satisfaite du tout. J'ai pris rendez-vous, après rendez-vous car chaque fois la secrétaire m'apelle pour annuler. En passant, ce serait agréable de pas faire attendre les patiente 30 minutes sur la ligne pour prendre un rendez-vous et de mettre la ligne sur OCCUPÉ pour qu'on n'entende pas toute la conversation qui se passe dans la salle. En tout cas, je ne critique pas la secrétaire car j'avoue que je ferais jamais son travail. La docteure n'est pas très sympathique non plus

LEAVE HER ALONE... this is rate your MD.com not rate your secretary. YOU TRY PUTING UP WITH THE DR. & the RUDE PATIENTS SOMETIMES. She's been there the longest out of all of them, she deserves a medal not a load of crap. TRY FINDING ANOTHER DR. & please i've seen other secretaries, she's actually very very very sweet. I have been a patient of Dr. Wrzesinski for 17 years. Yes, there is a long wait time. True, her secretary is not very professional and sometimes abrupt. However, I have only praise for Dr. W. She always listens attentively to me when I see her, no matter how busy she is, she takes the time to explain the issue and always offers several recommendations. She tends to favour natural or holistic remedies over prescriptions, but it's my choice as to which solution I prefer and, so far, she has been right most of the time. Doctors are not perfect and they're not God. Some problems are not so easy to diagnose and you may need to be persistent, but she is a good doctor and I would (and have) recommend her to my friends or family.

I wasn't satisfied at all with this doctor, she din't even listen to what I needed to say or ask, she saw me for 5 min. and she asked next patient to come in.She prescribed me an expensive pills, which were useless,I found out with my new doctor.If you need to see the doctor only for the check-up (PAP test) and you don't have any other problems or special needs or you don't mind to deal with rude secretery and wait over 2 hours to see the doctor, it should be ok for you. But as soon as you have a real health problem I would recommend you to look for another doctor.

When I read all these comments , I remember all the nerves I had 2 years ago , when I consulted this doctor . I don't have much to say about the doctor , maybe the rush to have all the patients from Montreal , explain the low quality she provide , but you know , money are important for her . I had problems with her secretary , I was in my first year in Canada , with my Medicare there , she didn't tell me I must to pay extra for PAP test , before I did it . I know the price at CDL , and I always pay for Pap test 70 CAD everywhere, not 90 CAd , like in this office . I paid to have copies of my results , and She take 20 CAD from me , without any receipt, but no copies for me . She said , it is not important , it is winter , I came from Laval , 3 times to have an result , She will send me by mail (maybe because the room was full). I never have an result . And I paid 110 CAd , for an ordinary PAP test .She was very rude , despite she knew I am a Doctor .Advice: Fire this secretary .

Dr. Wrzenski is knowledgeable, genuine but is sometimes hurried because of the high amount of patients waiting to see her. Although, if you have your questions ready , she is more than happy to answer you concerns.I was followed by her during 2 normal pregnancies and she was attentive to my needs & concerns. If you have problems that require more attention she might not be the appropriate doctor because of the limited time you get with her. " She says she's overly busy because there is not enough OB, alot are leaving the province and the other half are too old to practice.The only reproach is that the waiting time is long. The secretary, Rosie, gives new meaning to the word attitude. She is rude,unprofessional and schedules 5 people at the same time. You really don't want to get on her bad side.... NASTY!

I'm not in PQ anymmore but she was my doctor for about 14 years. She was way too rushed, didn't have time for questions, and I had more questions leaving than coming in even when she did answer them. I don't know who her secretary was at the time I saw her, but the secretary told me very casually that I probably had pre-cancerous cells of the cervix; it wasn't her place to tell me anything! And she scared me beyond belief with the word 'cancerous', for 2 weeks before my next apointment. I complained to the doctor about the secretary and she said I was right and she'd have a talk with her secretary. I don't recommend Dr Wrzesinski even though I feel she may be competent. She's the worst at blowing people off.

the first child was ok..2nd she was not there for the delivery which was a blessing because i had a very nice doctor who gave me all the time in the world until i was ready..3rd time i had a miscarriage and she was very cold..told me to just wait until i bleed and see what happens..and her secretary was the worst i have ever seen..almost heartless! very rude and has no manners at all..i say don't take this kind of work if you're not a people person...i was having a miscarriage when i went to the office and she told me to go out and photocopy my document while behind her is a nice fax/copier waiting to be used!!! unbelievably inconsiderate!!needless to say i changed doctors right away....

I went to her for my third pregnancy. I couldn't have been happier. It was non stressful with her in the room. That was 16 years ago and each time that I see her see is helpful, asks me questions and sees me after my exam. I always ask for 10 minutes before hand to speak with her in the office. I have paid for a pap smear but only after she explained what it was for and said it was my decision. I couldn't be happier with her. I even recommended her to my daughter. Good job Doc.

i can tolerate the wait times, but when you are called she is with you for 5 min. doesn t take the time to answer questions properly and she is very condensing. her secretary Rosie is extermely rude and condescending. after a hard time to find another dr (while pregnant), i am happy i changed!

I was referred to her by my bestfriend who had a positive experience with her throughout her first pregnancy. My experience with her was extremely positive as well. She was very informative, patient and professional for every visit throughout my pregnancy. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction and often gave me additional resources to look at. Towards the end of my pregancy she asked me how I was feeling and I felt comfortable enough with her to tell her that I was terrified of the upcoming birth. She did not belittle me or shrug it off. She requested that my husband and I make an appointment with her so that she could go through with us what to expect, some birthing alternatives and any other concerns we might have. This alleviated my fears tremendously. Admittedly, you do have to wait at least an hour for your appointment, but in my opinion it's worth it. Also, if treated with respect and courteousness, her secretary will do the same (just a helpful tip!)

She never answers my questions. She comes to the room and by the time I was about to ask the questions her body is towards to the door. When I had miscarriage, she made a bad decisions(too busy and too late to make dicisions) and I had to lose so much blood and I almost died from that. After that I sufferd lots of problems (such as sheehan syndrome) thanks to her which people never have to get in dease days. She never admitted her mistakes. She sounds professional but you should definetely doubt her.

i should have known something was not right when @ 1st visit she tried to sell me a pap test. she didn't listen to any of my concerns (i had been bleeding and cramping - she wasn't concerned), was aloof and rushed. she's nice enough, but she crams WAY too many patients in and doesn't have the time to explain or answer questions. it's not right to wait 1.5-2 hours only to be seen for 5 minutes. her secretary is very mean. advice - stop scheduling 10 patients for 1 time and replace that rude secretary.

Downright scary. Poor hygienic standards in the practice. Her behaviour ranges somewhere between abrupt and downright rude. The secretary is even worse, but then again her general attitude is not that important. But the thing that put me off the most, was that she refused to explain my diagnosis to me, which meant I had to actually look up on the internet what exactly I had and what that meant in terms of treatment, side-effects etc. In my personal opinion that is not an acceptable way of practicing medicin.

I can always tell that she is trying to make more money. Not only she takes too many patiantsa at one time( I wonder if it is against the rule) but also that she is always trying to charge or trying to sell uninsured medicine to the patiants (which I never get offered by other doctors). If I say no, she makes an unpleasent face and makes me feel guilty as if she was saying I was stupid. She tries to sell private medicine(such as tests) to the patiant without telling how much it will cost. So I often see some of 30 waiting patiants(always too many people and wait 1.5-2 hours) in the clinic complains about not being told. I am sure that she can make more money for that with canadian medical system. And many of immigrants or people who can't understand the system or can't say no pay so much money to her. Secretaly needless to say is the worst!! I have never seen such a rude person before. She should learn how to speak to people. Visiting there was the worst time. I changed the doctor.

This doctor has a very cold approach and she's always in a rush... You leave the office very frustrated and with tones of questions that still need answers... I really find it hard to establish a patient-doctor communication as she makes me feel I'm always in her way and she has better things to do... Rosie, the secretary seems to be very impolite, disorganized , no manners at all! And besides, she forgets most important things: signatures from the doctor, receipts, accuracy in determining weight. well, I am pregnant and I want to feel well and confident when I go to the doctor; and it so much feels like prison there!... Happily my nightmare is over. I am changing doctors. I haven't been to the new one yet but it can't be worse than that. Good luck to you all and be indulgent with your pregnancy...

I felt like she was always in a hurry and she didn't even show up for my delivery. She just happened to see me in the hall after I delivered. I had to remind her that I was O- and I needed my shot. She just has too many patients! I would agree with the other comments, her secretary is a real witch!!! Needless to say "I won't be returning to that clinic!"

You'll wait forever even if you have an appointment...OHH YAA ROSIE SCARES MEE!!!!! she's so mean!!!!! its not even funny...watch out what you ask her she'll bite your head off...with an answer... As for the Dr...I always felt rushed and my questions were always left with a BIGGER mark over my head, also she always killed me when I was being checked... I have since changed to Dr. Gary Luskey.. what a great man :o)

I've read the comments others have written & disagree somewhat. My only issue with the good doctor is the waiting time. She is rarely on time. And I like Rosie. She isn't rude, she's over-worked & may be tired of answering dopey questions from ill-informed patients. I don't think Dr. Wrzenska has issues with immigrants. Her waiting room is filled with them. What I find annoying, however, is all of the men who stand around with their wives. Personnaly, I don't need a chaperone and the waiting roon is too small to accomodate spouses. As for Dr. Wrzenska, she has always been patient, helpful & kind with me. I've been her patient for 20 years and, duting that time, have never found any fault with her as a doctor or as a person.

In all fairness, Dr gives you full attention when in her office, but I fully agree with all the comments about extreme wait times, an over-crowded waiting room and an exceptionally RUDE and intolerable secretary. Furthermore, she once assumed I wasn't higher risk for breast cancer because she never even asked my family history. She once stormed into the office - full of pregnant patients - to exclaim "Sorry I'm late! I did an emergency c-section!" which was received with gasps and horrified faces. Finally, when our fertility clinic requested files, there was a $20 charge to send a 3-page fax (my husband's doctor sent a huge file for free.) Now that I'm finally pregnant, I am so glad that I've moved on to another doctor and do not have to endure this doctor further.

I liked her when she delivered my two children, but the minute you have an actual problem she is terrible. I had endometriosis. She scheduled me for a laproscopy to see and she said is she saw something she would perform a hysterectomy as we had agreed. When she did the laproscopy she was in a hurry, so she pretended to see nothing so that she would not have to waste her precious time. When the operation was over she said there was nothing wrong with me, she had nothing to remove. A couple of weeks later a recieved a call from her secretary to let me know the cyst they removed were non-cancerous. Funny considering I was unaware that anything was removed. Changed to Dr. Goldsmith, a fantastic doctore who found that yes I do have endometriosis, it is not in my head. I have had my hysterectomy and hope that no one has to question their own mental health because a doctor does not want to do her job right. You could not pay me to go back to her.

I have been with the doctor for 21 years. she delivered both my children and is VERY very reliable and knowledgeable and extremely. Yes you may have to wait a while but this is because she does all she can to accomodate you, so I have no problem waiting so I can see her in an emergency. I trust her FULLY and appreciate her advise. Rosie is rude, but this is her choosing not the doctor. I see comments that the Dr. is rude to her, maybe it is because she doesn't appreciate how her secretary treats the patients. When I am in her office I have her full attention and understanding. I would not change her for all the tea in China. :-) Thanks Dr. W

Rosie is tuff but gets her work done. She's that way cause they are always overbooked and way behind schedule. Waiting time is awful. Waiting room is small and not enough chairs (husbands.. go for a walk somewhere and leave the chairs for the patients please) I'm sticking with her only because Docs are hard to find and scarce these days.

Fantastic doctor once you get in her office after waiting for 2 hours. I have been her patient for 10 years and have had 2 kids. She only is on call at the hospital once a week, so chances are she won't deliver your child. She is very tough on the secretary who is in turn tough on the patients.

Is trying to rip you off with the pap smear at $90. I saw a receipt from the lab, and it only cost $60! She doesn't return calls, Rosie liked me, but still was extremely un-helpful and often times rude, but that's due to the fact that the doctor is rude and abusive to her. Not an excuse, just a reason. I am with a new doctor now and love her and her secretary! Good luck all!

The waiting time is quite long. Times are double booked. The doctor is overworked but does answer your questions. She gives you a choice but does recommend the best option. The secretary is nice if she likes you. Has very little patience with people and is difficult to approach. People do not leave because doctors are hard to come by.

Overall okay but she is so rushed I doubt she is really taking the time to concentrate on me. Good enough for general stuff but she doesn`t take time to provide details or explain things. Rosie is not very helpful and neither one of them will help with small but important things like test results or referrals. I`m looking for another obgyn because I`m not confident they would respond adequately to a serious diagnosis; they don`t seem to have time. The office is always crowded and she is at least two hours behind on a good day. You`ll probably have to stand or sit on the floor while you wait.

Her office is always full and you'll wait a long time before you see her in the office. I once waited 3 hours before I got in to see her - even after I had booked an appointment. Her secretary is also a bit rude. She has so many patients that she rushes through your exam and the time you spend with her in the office after your exam. More positvely, she's very polite, friendly, and pleasant. She is also really knowledgeable and she will do everything needed to help you out.
