Dr. LaChapelle is the best doctor I have ever come in contact with. She is respectful and considerate and will always take you seriously. I must say that I look forward to each visit. She was great with my first pregnancy and is now doing the same good job with my second. Montreal needs more such doctors around! And Erin is the best secretary anyone could hope for both to the doctor and to the pateints!

Dr. Lachapelle is an amazing person. She is so dedicated and passionate about her work and patients. I am so proud to tell my sons who brought them into this world. I had two miscarriages--but Lachapelle took the time to run specific tests, was always optimistic and determined to see me pregnant again. My second full term pregnancy was very complicated, but Lachapelle's competency reassured me. I could write about this Doctor forever--even after a 2-3 day shift, she has a smile on her face--excellent Doctor and person.

I have always felt lucky to be one of Dr. Lachapelle's patients. She takes the time to listen (really listens) and is encouraging and supportive. I was very lucky to have her deliver our beautiful daughter (now 2), and lucky to have her support and knowledge during my last pregnancy, in which, saddly, our baby died. It was a very difficult experience, but would have been much more difficult without her help. Dr Lachapelle is obviously very devoted to helping women and doing her job to the very best of her abilities. The care and concern she shows her patients are exemplary. I am so grateful that she is my OBGYN.

Dr. Lachapelle got me through a very difficult pregnancy, helped me cope when my second pregnancy ended in miscarriage and now has been very patient and compassionate during my present infertility issues. I LOVE this woman for the doctor she is, and the human being she allows herself to be with her patients. I am extremely lucky to be one of her patients. C.R

I had a high risk pregnancy and she was wonderfal for both my pregnancies. She is caring and reassuring. She was always available to answer my questions even with her very busy schedule.

Every year I see Dr. Lachapelle I realize how blessed I am to have her for my doctor. She is not only an expert in her field, she is a wonderful person. She takes the time to talk to her patients and understand their concerns. Any woman who has her for a doctor should consider herself lucky. Rarely do you get a combination of expertise, caring and great humor.

I was 20 years old, stupid and totally ignorant, with a very high risk pregnancy. Dr Lachapelle took care of me, explained and reassure me, was always available to all my questions and fear. She s gone over and above what I was expecting. Now Im the proud mother of a 8 years old daughter. Thank you Doc

This doctor is by far the best doctor I've ever had. When I miscarried, she was there. She came running when I had questions, drew my bloods, gave me ultrasounds. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, She is an amazing doctor and an amazing human being. I feel very lucky that she is my OBGYN.

Dr. Lachapelle delivered the last of my three sons. After two complicated deliveries I was anxious and reluctant. Dr. Lachapelle put me at ease and reassured me every step of the way. She is kind, soft, understanding, professional and, most importantly, confident and knowledgable. Thank you Dr, Lachapelle for all your support.

Dr. Lachapelle is not only knowledgeable, but, an outstanding human being. She is reachable and compassionate, and has a way of making her patients feel validated.When your doctor is the best, she is, naturally, in demand. I happily wait as long as it takes, for my visit.

No words to express my gratitude towards this doctor, she is 2nd to none. Great care, patience, support, follow-up and the list goes on. I had 2 stressful pregnancies and she was there every step of the way, always with a smile on her face. I wish all doctors were like her.

After a very difficult pregnancy and horrible labour and finally the lost of our son, I have to say Dr. Lachapelle was like an angel to us. Very sensitive and very honest since the beginning, very professional but works with hearth... There should be more doctors like her ! Thank You for all your support - J.C.

I feel so lucky she accepted me as a new patient since she wasn't taking any new ones. She is so kind, gentle and professional. She is extremely competent and is a no "BS" type of Md. The wait is sometimes long, she is often called to deliver babies while you're waiting but I figure that that's what will happen when it's my turn! So it doesn't bother me. I would definitely recommend her!

AS a person who is not a lover of hospitals or doctor's visits I must say that Dr. Lachapelle is an exception. She is kind, warm and very real. Any woman who is able to have her as her doctor is more than lucky. Her compassion and humour make her quite remarkable.

After my gynecologist passed away, I thought I'd never find another exceptional dr., but I have in Dr L. She is kind, understanding and always gives you the time of day even when she is overworked. Excellent Dr, true to her oath.

Dr. Lachapelle is the best doctor any woman can hope to have. She goes way above and beyond the call of duty, she is knowledgeable and knows how to relate all info to you in a way that is compassionate and understandable. If we could clone her, there would be alot more happier patients in the world and maybe she could take some deservd time off. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Lachapelle...you are my hero.

Dr Lachapelle is the best obgyn in Montreal. Considerate, knowledgeable, SUPER accessable and kind. A pregnant woman can ask for no more. Her patients are the luckiest to have her.

Dr. Lachapelle raises the bar to a level to which other doctors should aspire. Extremely helpful, personable, honest and compassionate and maintains her sense of humour. Consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. Manages to provide an exceptional level of care in an overburdened and underfunded system. Hats off to you, Dr. L.
