:| Click to report rating    2/24/10 4 2 2 I have been with Pat for about 15-20 years now (since I was a young kid) ... and in the past 3 years I have not been satisfied, never a single major issue, but multiple small issues. On my last trip he said he missed a giant hole on the side of my tooth, and then tried to cover blaming my firm jaw line. I have now changed to the Canterbury Dental clinic.

:( Click to report rating    12/15/09 2 2 1 I had a root canal and was very upset that when he froze it it was too high and my nose was frozen then I noticed my heart was beating out of my chest and thought I was having a panic attack, eyes watering - did he explain what was going on?? NO! he said that he could say I had a bad reaction to that drug but that it was the best one and I really should try again and see if it was just a problem all the time or if he might have misdirected the injection - I wouldn't let him refreeze it either because I was afraid. He NEVER asks if you would like to see his work either ... and I am not satisfied at all with what he has done - I think if you are paying you should have some satisfaction with the end result. I need a new dentist. Seeing that others have had root canal issues with him I am so afraid that it was not done properly.

:) Click to report rating    10/6/08 5 5 5 I've been going to Dr. Quinlan for almost 10 years. My first appointment with him was to get 3 wisdom teeth out. I was also in need of fillings which I later got. I stopped going for a while and then went back for routine check up and cleaning. Jessica the hygienist is simply wonderful. The longest I've ever had to wait for Dr. Quinlan after getting a cleaning from Jessica is maybe 10-15 mins. I highly recommend Dr. Quinlan and his friendly staff.

:) Click to report rating    2/2/08 5 4 5 Dr. Quinlan is a great guy. Always willing to listen, and gets you in quickly in an emergency. Referred my whole family to him. His new hygenist Jessica is the best I've ever seen. Been a patient for over 10 years.

:| Click to report rating    1/16/08 3 1 3 I too had a root canal, but he apparently did not go deep enough into the root and left much behind. about two years later the pain was back. He too said not possible but on my insistance, he xrayed again and sure enough it was infected. He wanted to do it again and I insisted on a specialist. I went to Moncton and the endodonist informed me that there was about 3/4 of the nerve still in the root. Since seeing him I have had no more issues. I still go to Quinlan for basic dental care but always get the first appointment in the morning and if I have to wait more than 15 minutes I make them rebook me at their expense. He is pleasant and most of his staff are as well. His Dental Hygenist who left was amazing and will be missed. Dr.Q has his daughter working for him now and I have yet to form an opinion.

:) Click to report rating    10/7/07 2 1 3 Sadly, this dentist's staff was what made me leave.. he is an excellent dentist, although ALWAYS at least, if not more, 1 hr behind, but the girls who work for him, are uncaring, rude and was what made me leave in the end

:) Click to report rating *  4/4/07 4 5 Most especially an exceptional dentist for children but is also great for adults. I have been a patient since the late 80's and have never had a complaint about him or his staff!

:) Click to report rating *  4/3/07 5 5 I have had a root canal and both wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Pat Quinlan, Dr Quinlan has an excellent facility, Great staff and the dental knowledge to diagnoses and fix the problem accurately. I have never had to call or show back up for the same problem. One stop shop! And as far as waiting, well. It’s a sign of good work, but on the other hand I have not waited very long for his work to heal…

:) Click to report rating    1/18/07 2 5 I have been going to Pat for over 20 years and I have had no problems with him. I have had 2 root canal from him and in fact he has given me his home phone number to call him if I had any problems. The only complaint I have is I hate waiting but then again I don't know of any denist you don't have to wait for.

:( Click to report rating    1/18/07 1 1 this guy doesn't know what he is doing, I had a really bad pain in my tooth, he did a root canal, I still had horrible pain and he kept saying it can't hurt, there is no root there and then took a needle and poked it down my tooth into a nerve which hurt really bad so I swung my arm at him, and then he said oh**** and then started yelling at me. I wouldn't recomend him to my worst enemy!
