Dr. Biglow has been my family's physician for 20 years. He has seen us through some really hard times, with great care and compassion. He is easy to talk to, has a wonderful sense of humour; listens intensely when things are serious. I don't know what we would do without him.

An excellent practitioner, and the community is most fortunate to have one of his caliber. I have been a patient of his for close to twenty years.

Have moved to Ontario otherwise would still be his patient. He is the most caring, understanding, helpful, honest, courageous individual I know. On top of that he is certainly very down to earth and has a disarming sense of humour that makes even the worst situation more bearable. Qualicum Beach and area residents are fortunate to have this kind of Doctor in the area.

Dr.B. has been our doctor for over 10 yrs. He always strives for the best service and treats his patients with compassion. I always leave feeling content that I am in good hands. While I only have the best to say about Dr. Clair, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the front staff employee. This person is so preoccupied with herself and her personal phonecalls and woes that it is not pleasant to listen to when you are not feeling well.

Dr. Biglow is a great family doctor. He is as knowledgable as any doctor I have met but is more open and compassionate than many. You may have to wait to see him but when you are in the examining room you are not ignored or rushed out the door. Dr. B is not a pill pusher for me or my husband. We have moved to Nanaimo but will continue to see Dr.B until travel is impossible or until he retires. His thorough exam saved my husband's life with referral to specialists who found bladder cancer in its early stage. I would wait as long as necessary to get good medical care. Qualicum residents are fortunate to have Dr.Biglow. Nice staff, competant, well mannered and open.

Dr. Biglow was good to me. He's the only dr. I'll probably ever trust. I would also travel from Campbell River to Qualicum in order to see him. He's honest, and he cares. While it's true the waiting can be longer than planned, it's only because something's important, and one day that "something important" could be you. Unfortunately another dr.s problems became Clair's, and I can no longer see Dr. Biglow. I not only miss him, but I don't get the regular, important check-ups 'a woman my age' should be getting. I always wish him well, and hope he reads this. The wait is worth it... Best dr. I have seen.

He is late for appointments, we have had to wait up to 1hr45min. He has held telephone calls while conducting my examination. He is frequently away from the office, with no coverage.
