After recommendations from my physician and friends, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Johns for breast reduction surgery. I was able to schedule my consultation within a week of calling. My nurse, Colleen, thoroughly explained and answered any questions I had. After she was done, Dr. Johns explained the details of the surgery, performed his exam, and gave me his professional outlook for what I was hoping to achieve. He ever drew pictures of the procedure and how I would look after surgery. He was beyond professional and a true perfectionist. Within 3 weeks, my insurance had approved the surgery. I scheduled 3 days after I got the call. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Johns really put me at ease. While marking me for surgery, his perfectionist nature really showed. I was so pleased with how easy and quickly Dr. Johns and his staff made everything happen. I could not be any happier with the results of my surgery. My new breasts look better than I ever imagined. Dr. Johns is AMAZING.

Process of getting approval through insurance company was extremely quick. I was able to schedule surgery date that was convenient. Surgery date was smooth. Anesthesiologist was friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. The nurses were extremely kind and again made me feel comfortable. The surgeon was always professional and all staff answered every question I needed answered. Everyone extremely knowledgable. Follow-up with surgeon was great. My healing process went smooth and I'm elated over my results and how quickly I'm healing,(due to me following their instructions.)Atmosphere of surgical center and office is impeccable and extremely clean. I would go back if I needed surgery and I'm recommending Dr. Francis Johns to others.

Dr. Johns has changed my life. After breastfeeding two children and only being 25 I felt that my chest was disfigured. I've always wanted to get BA since I was an AA before having kids and was left worse off. After a much research and thought Dr. Johns was my second opinion. I left feeling confident in him and his staff, and felt that all my needs and concerns were taken seriously and that he had my best interest in mind. My surgery was a success. I had no problems with medications or healing. I was in no actual 'pain' just alot of soreness around my armpit area but I was told that was to be expected. My healing process has been great and I am sooo looking forward to summer when I can really show off his great work! I feel confident in more ways than one and didnt think that this surgery would be such life changer. My confidence in the way I look has done so much emotionally and mentally for me that I have Dr. Johns to thank for that!

1/3/13 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | After years of hating my nose, Dr. Johns performed my rhinoplasty on November 1, 2012! I had never had any type of surgery so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Johns and his office staff along with the staff at the Delmont Surgery Center were amazing; calming, reassuring and very professional! Follow-up visits indicate I'm healing well and I experienced virtually no pain. On another physician rating site, I've noticed comments about the 'waiting room' wait time to see Dr. Johns and I feel compelled to ask patients to contemplate this: Dr. Johns took as much time when meeting with me as I needed-I never felt rushed or as if he was in a hurry. Don't you want him to do the same for you? So, if you must wait to see him, keep in mind he might have had a nervous patient earlier in the day (or several) that required additional attention! If you must wait, I will be happy to tell you.....it will be well worth it! He is truly a gifted surgeon who cares about the well being of each patient! | Respond |

I met him first in his Greensburgh office and was very pleased with the staff, cleanliness and knowledge of everyone there. Dr. Johns took as much time as I needed with me, allowing me to ask my all my questions and I had 2 sheets of questions typed out. I never felt rushed and he made me feel like he was there just for me. He explained his reasons for all of the answers he gave and I left smiling and excited. I did see some other doctors after meeting him to be sure there wasn't a better doctor out the for me. I came back to Dr. Johns!! He is 1.5hrs away from me and worth the drive for the great care. Once my surgery was booked I was so excited. I had it done on my birthday! I am writing this 1 day post op and feel great except for some soreness. The surgery was at the Delmont Surgery Center and the staff were beyond amazing. The whole thing was a great experience! Meet Dr. Johns and you'll see why! | Respond |

So if you are going to consider any type of mini lifts, go to Dr. Francis Johns. If you'r going to pay the money and put in the time for a mini lift, you might as well go to the right doctor, don't waste your money on the other doctors! The surgery center was great along with all the people there. It was a positive experience. Dr. Francis Johns doesn't try to sell you products or anything you don't want or need,I have been to other Doctors who try to sell you a multitude of beauty products, or procedures---Not this Doctor----He is honest. He is really a someone that will give you an honest opinion. I've been around the block a few times with other surgeons and Please be asured the is really the best! | Respond |

Nurse in Greensburg--wonderful!..Front desk and business person not so great. Dr. Johns listened and made sure I knew what the end result would be. I was very impressed with him and have recommended him to friends and co-workers. Staff at the surgery center in Delmont are FANTASTIC! could not have been nicer.

Dr. Johns is an excellent plastic surgeon. I did alot of research before getting a breast reduction and found he was the best around. Six weeks after my surgery my scars look amazing and that was my biggest concern. His staff is very professional and answered all my questions. Even weeks later they still made me feel my concerns were vaild and that was really important to me... awesome job Dr. Johns Thank You!!!

I was very nervous about having a breast augmentation, but Dr. Johns made me feel very comfortable and confident that not only would I be happy with the results of my surgery, but that I would be well cared for. He and his staff are very friendly and competent and addressed all of my concerns. In my consultation with Dr. Johns, he patiently answered all of my questions (I had a long list!) and it was clear that he always had my best interest in mind. I trusted him completely and am thrilled with the care that was provided for me and the outcome of my surgery! I have recommended him to several friends already, two of which have already seen him and had the same positive experience.

I had my first breast augmentation in 2004, Dr Johns performed my 2nd surgery which increased my size. I am so happy with the results and the fact that there is barely a scar now. My first surgery left a big visible scar which Dr Johns was able to minimize during this surgery. The staff at Delmont surgery center were wonderful also. I was dissapointed with the lack of post op instructions by the staff.It would of been great to have a post op reference sheet to read over. The only thing I was informed of was how to care for the drains. Other than this minor detail, Dr Johns is great and I am considering having some more work done by him in the future. | Respond |

Had tummy tuck at age 63 did not have any problems and did not even have to call the office one time. Everything was explained prior to surgery. My results were beyond my expectations and I could not be happier. Only wish I had the procedure done a few years earlier. I've seen many before and after pics from different surgeons and was concerned my boobs were going to be big but still uneven. I now have the breast's I've always wanted!! Now, as for his staff in the office...they are not very pleasant at all. They gave me the run around a couple times on different things. I just called this morning w/ questions on breast massage and was put on hold so they could "review" my file and then was told that the nurse was out,and to call back Monday. No one in that office can answer my question! Really! I really hate calling that office because i know that I'm going to be in sour mode after! All in all I love Dr.Johns but he really should get some new staff. If you're paying all of this money the people at the office should also be kind,caring and helpful like the Doctor they are representing is!! | Respond |
