Kind, Gentle, and caring. Been going to Dr. Ma’s for quite a long time now, and will continue too. He has never let me down, and all these negative comments are just spreading misleading information.

Amazing doctor, do not listen to the negative reviwes. Been visiting dr. Ma for 8+ years, he is ESL (English Second Language), hence why many people believe he has a “attitude”. He has always been treating amazingly, and is an amazing doctor. 100% recommend him.

The best doctor. Always so helpful with my children. Courteous, kind, gentle, knowledgeable, helpful. We loved him and so did the kids.

Dr. Ma has bern my daughters doctor since birth. He is detailed oriented and very good at his work.

This doctor got some wiered attitude problem. It's embarrassing to ask any questions. He did say we don't know how to handle the baby. Well, it's our first baby and it's only been two weeks . That's why we are asking you questions. Kind of obvious, isn't it ? We are still ok with the attitude if it doesn't affect our baby's health. For that, we first need to be cognizant of medical things. We try to read information online to get as much knowledge and try to ask only a few questions. But Mr. "I know everything but won't tell you" doesn't even listen. We are stuck with a poor doctor and even poorer human. I wouldn't care getting bad doctor for myself but for my 2 weeks daughter who isn't old enough to tell about her problems, a little compassionate doctor was required. My bad , we registered with this guy. Now, there is no one else available in the area. I"ll switch as soon as one is available.

Very impatient, does not care at all, always have attitude,

We have three kids and have been seeing Dr. Ma for about 10 years. He usually is very busy, waiting time could be half to 1.5 hours depends on the situation. Some times, he is in busy and maybe in anxiety mode, very straight forward always. But after seeing him for 10 years, we know that he is very knowledgeable, focused, efficient and dedicated. One example is that Dr. Ma followed up one of our kids's fever for 3 or 4 weeks and referred him to Sick Kids Emergency with a detailed report. Then, even the staff at Sick Kid Hospital appreciate Dr. Ma's great work and asked us to follow up with him after leaving Sick Kids Emergency. Dr Ma's staff is also very nice, willing to help and accommodate as possible as they can.

The good reviews here must be planted!!! Staff is ok but I do not recommend this doctor at all. He has a disgusting behaviour, very RUDE, and makes you feel stupid when you ask questions!!!! I am sure other parents realized how rude he is because his office is always empty now. So please look somewhere else!
