Someone needs to remind the staff that they are working with mental health patients, send that message they could be a little friendlier and helpful. I've been seeing Dr. Gudapati for about 6 years. She's moved twice, and each time the quality of her office environment and staff seems to decline. Very unresponsive when I need refills, but I'm not sure if that issue is with the doctor, the staff, or the pharmacy.

Staff is terrible, the office does not call back and is hard to get a hold of. She gave a family friend's son (drug addict) prescription pain meds when no other doc would, even after being informed of the situation. Usually she will call you back much later than the scheduled time, the longest I've had to wait was roughly 3 hours, and her answer to everything is that I'm just lazy. Too afraid to go to the new office location due to it being in a bad area.

She has treated 3 friends of mine, and she is great. All of them are delighted to have found her. Compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable, and quite conservative with medication.
