No one waits more than 10 minutes. Office staff is really friendly. As far as the visit with the doctor, I dont think he gives enough attention to patients. Dont bother exlaining your symptoms to him, because he doesnt listen, or even comment on your complaints. He goes to work looking at you physically right away, and then gives his imput. However, he doesnt address all of my concerns, just focuses on one of them. When Dr. Oconnell is finished looking at you, he gives a prescription and walks out of the room. He doesnt say goodbye, doesnt let you thank him for a visit, he just leaves in a rush. You dont know if he is coming back to the room, or left for good, he doesnt let you know.I would give him the lowest helpfulness to any doctor I have ever visited because he interupts you when you are telling him something, and he has disagreed several times about the side effects I claimed to have after taking medicines. I think Dr. Oconnell is too busy and needs to give a little more care.
