:| Click to report rating    3/3/07 5 2 4  He is EXTREMELY expensive to see. He doesn't take insurance and isn't in-network for any compnay. It's $550 for the first visit, then he wanted weekly visits @ $160 a pop. He wasn't helpful enough to make that worth it. He's on-time, though. Don't be late.
