:) Click to report rating    2/22/10 3 5 5 Doctor Kabakibi is not only a good doctor, but a good human being. I was detected at pre term at the 23rd week and he made sure i delivered not before 38, while managing the insurance companies who dont care when you deliver. He was almost like a father figure me. One of the sweetest human beings and an extremely efficient doctor I have ever met. Only thing you have to just remind him of your last visit until he knows your case.

:( Click to report rating *  7/31/09 1 3 2 Dr. Kabakibi had a friendly personality. However, he did not handle my miscarriage very well at all, thus forcing me to change doctors. At my first initial visit, he did not give me an exam or discuss anything with me. He just gave me a script for LabCorp to get blood/urine taken. The following weekend I started bleeding and called him. He just said to rest, and that it was probably nothing! As the day/weekend progressed, I knew for sure I was miscarrying. I called him again and he said that he was on vacation for the next week, but referred me to get an ultrasound. The place he referred me to was a clinic...even though I had very good insurance! The clinic was just a bad experience all around, as well as how Dr. Kabakibi handled everything.

:( Click to report rating    12/8/08 3 5 1 Dr Kabakibi also did not give me a breast exam and funnily enough, I detected both condescension and apathy from him during the exam. My pap came back abnormal and the sub-par bedside manner continued during my biopsy with another doctor at the practice. I'm considering getting a second opinion before I go back in for my procedure but I'm scared to wait any longer to get it done. Something is just not right with a GYNO that treats you poorly while simultaneously not doing his job properly. I would not recommend this doctor to another woman.

:( Click to report rating    10/30/08 4 4 1 I felt very uncomfortable. This was my first visit to the OB/GYN. I am engaged and my fiance has been my only sexual partner, but Dr. Kabakibi made me feel dirty, stupid, and unwelcome. I tried to ask him questions about my symptoms, but he cut me off before I finished asking my questions and left the room before I felt at ease. The exam was very painful and he ignored my telling him so. He also failed to examine my breasts like the nurse said he would. I was called back to the office to go over abnormal results. When asking him questions, he smirked at me as if I should know the answers. He did not even respond to me when I said goodbye and thank you. I felt that he assumed that I was lying about my history and that he thought I was too young to be sexually active (even though I am 22 years old and engaged). I felt that I was demeaned for my age and for asking questions. I will get a second opinion and not return to Dr. Kabakibi. I do not recommend him.

:) Click to report rating    10/13/06 4 5 This is a wonderful man and doctor! He delivered both of my daughters via c-sections (now 18 and 12 years old)and he was always gentle, professional and kind. He continues to be a thoughtful physician even though my child bearing days are over - he makes sure I take my calcuim and provides age appropriate quality care. I have been with him for 20 years and his staff (including his beautiful and friendly wife) is always helpful and kind. You can't go wrong with Dr. Riad.

:) Click to report rating    4/28/06 3 5 He is a caring and gentle doctor that immediately makes you feel you are well taken care of. He has delivered both my children by C-section (both high risk pragnancies)and a plactic surgeon commented on how well the stiches were done. 3 of my firends and both my sisters go to him as well. My younger sisters still calls him for consultation and 2nd oppinion even though she has moved to VA and is forced to see another Gyno. However, he is a member of Meadowlands hospital and I found the hospital somewaht lacking.

:( Click to report rating    1/29/05 3 1 BEWARE!!! He delivered my son and he screwed up on the epiciotomy. the stiches were painful and supposidly disintegrate on their own. However, he failed to inform me that they did not have to be removed. He (and the pediatrician he referred me to)also failed to notice that my child was jaundice and I didn't realize it until he was 2 weeks old and he turned almost orange!
