I am very disappointed in Shauna. I've been seeing her for several years and I feel like my health concerns aren't being heard. Her fake and smug smile is a precursor to her condescending attitude toward her patients. Such a shame because she has potential to be better. Her staff is really nice.

I asked for her help. I explained the situation (many times) and she would not send to a specialist. Later it was confirmed that I indeed was very ill. She did in fact NOT listen to me and she did NOT help me.

I feel like this doctor doesn't truly care about my health concerns. I was still talking and she closed up her laptop , placed it under her arm and was on her way out. I managed to get a requisition before she left for an ultrasound but she stood the whole time. She spent a total of 5 min with me.

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Shauna for over 19 years and she is the best! She listens to what I have to say and has been on point every time with her diagnosis. Thank you Shauna. Audrey Hatto

Shauna was my daughter doctor for almost twelve years and my daughter went to see her because she had cut the tip of her finger off and it bled profusely for over an hour. This concerned the two doctors who were dealing with it and suggested she go to her family Dr and get some tests done. My daughter being a young adult wanted to go to her appointment on her own which meant Dr MacIver thought she could treat her badly. She quickly ushered my daughter out of the office with a requisition asking her how she was as she closed the door on her. The requisition did not have my daughters name on it or the doctors and not even the clinics name - nothing. It was all blank. We have not gone to this clinic again and you shouldn't either. When a teen tells a Dr she seems to have a clotting issue and is treated like this her business should be shut down.

Dr. MacIver has been my mothers doctors for several years. As my mother has gotten older the care has only gotten worse. Doctor is more interested on medical cosmetics not medicine.

I have been seeing Dr. MacIver for more than 5 years and through 2 babies. She has always been punctual, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I never feel rushed, but definitely feel that she is efficient, and I always get in within a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Shauna's been my doc for almost 2 years now. At first, she seemed great until I actually NEEDED her. Unfortunately, I found that she didn't genuinely care about my issue and I even found her a bit condescending. I do, however, find her nurse to be a delight.

Shauna is super friendly but I find when it comes to having labels on requistions and things marked off she often forgets or doesn't clarify what you are asking for. It gets very frustrating when you have to make 12 phone calls and go back and forth to the lab too many times to fix things. I'm double checking and not trusting all the time. That is not my nature.
