Dr. Iannetta is my new favorite doctor. He's warm and friendly, and really listens to you and hears what you have to say. When he examines you he takes the time he needs and explains everything. Really wonderful. Dr. Pallay was the opposite - rushed, hardly making eye contact, really "checked out" of the whole process. If you have the option, ALWAYS pick Iannetta. I'm never going to Pallay again.

Dr. Ianetta did not have a good bedside manner with me. I specifially told about something I was sensitive about and did not want to discuss. When he was examining me he decided to bring it up when I was in a very vulnerable position. He was very unprofessional with me and the office staff has been disorganized for 23 years that I know of. I can't believe they haven't improved over time. Dr. Pallay, the other Dr. in the office, I love. I can't believe anything bad about him. He is one of my most favorite doctors I ever went to. I stopped going to this practice only because of Dr. Ianetta and the disorganized staff.

My family has been seeing Dr. Iannetta for many years now and we are completely satisfied with his ability and his bedside manner. His office staff is very nice and helpful. Yes, the wait can be long sometimes, but we also understand that emergencies happen and sometimes appointments run over. Dr. Iannetta takes his time with his paitents and listens to what they have to say. He never rushes you to get on to the next one, and he's never afraid to admit he's stumped and needs to research the problem. When our daughter was a baby and developed an issue that needed emergency surgery, Dr. Iannetta has us in with a surgeon that day. He also visited her in the hospital after her surgery to make sure she was doing ok. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ianetta is the best general practitioner I have seen. I am only sad that I live so far away and can't see him for urgent matters. He is caring, funny, and will take the time to listen and talk to you about the issues. HE IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF DR. PALLAY, WHOM I REFUSE TO EVER SEE AGAIN.

Collaborative approach that involves listening to the patient. Comfortable and non-judgmental "bedside manner" encourages patient-doctor communication.

He makes you feel like your his only patient, you don't feel rushed. He is sooo open to your input, he truelly listens, has an extensive line of knowledge in general health/women's health he's willing to look at your own research plus do research. It's like the comfort i feel of being w/my pediatrician again and i'm almost 30 with a lot of bad experience of doctors. I would recommend him to anyone!

We stopped going to this office due to having to wait extremely long amounts of time in the waiting room (more than 30 minutes). I am in the medical field and suspect the office double/triple-books patients. Staff seems overworked and stressed. Very unprofessional for staff to ask me (across a waiting room of patients) why I was there for appt...at the time, I had to come back for a second Pap smear since the first one was abnormal...I certainly was NOT going to shout that across a waiting room! I had no problems with Dr. Ianetta himself...he has a very nice bedside manner and always seems to listen; very caring and helpful. The office management/time management needs help, however!

I found Dr. Iannetta and his staff to be very helpful and friendly to my family and me. He always tries to get back to me as quickly as possible when I call on the phone, and usually sees me very quickly when we come in the office. If I have to call in for a prescription, it usually will get to the pharmacy the same day. I would recommend Dr I to anyone who needs a good doctor.

I have been going to this practice for 15-20 years. Dr. Iannetta is a friendly personality and good for general medical issues. Regarding unique situations/issues, he was not able to resolve/treat them, in my case. The office IS zoo-like and you do get pushed to Dr's assistants.. but like I said, if you are looking for general medical care/prescriptions etc.. Dr. Iannetta is the go-to guy. More difficult/mystery issues... not so much. ps.. Dr. Pallay (other Dr. in office) - he does not have a good bedside manner & basically does not recognize you/ignores you if he sees you outside of the office.

Dr. Iannetta has been extremely helpful to both myself & my entire family. I have many complicated health issues. He always takes the time to listen to me. He will take my suggestions when I have thoroughly researched a particular health avenue. When he does not have an answer for a new problem - he will consult with his collegues and do some research for me - then get back to me with an answer. Dr. Iannetta is a wonderful Family Practic physician! He has been terrific for all the members of our family - extremely helpful - he always remembers to ask about another member of the family that is/was having a problem, when someone else is there for an office visit. I highly recommend Dr. Iannetta! : )

We have been going to this office for many years now and always find ourselves seen by a doctor at least 30 minutes later than our appointment time. This time our son Alamzeb Khan has been coughing constantly and missed school for a whole week. We have been calling for Dr. Ianetta to tell us what to do after he examined him on Tue Jan Jan 2, 2007. He advised complete Blood work on Wed or thursday and never called us after repeated attempts to tell us what was the outcome and then through one of the Nurses Eileen, who has been extremely helpful, he advised a Chest X-Ray. The X-ray was done within an hour of the advice and the office told us it will be in the doctors hands first thing in the morning. The doctor never called us till today (1/8/07) and after we called repeatedly, the doctor finally through Eileen, told my wife that my son has signs of Pneumonia and needs to be seen by a specialist. This office is like a zoo of patients, and they always push people be seen by Assistants.
