Dr. Rostan is amazing. She recommended a few procedures, without surgery, that will have me looking and feeling years younger. I thought about a facelift, but don't think I will need one now. Just tried some Sculptra and loved the results.

Was at the office last week, and felt very rushed with staff. The assistants are not friendly and Dr. Rostan came and went so quickly I didn't realize she was finished. Everyone has their head down like they are afraid to be there.Dreary.

The best dermatologist in the area. Great staff, love the front desk they are so helpful and have great tips for using any products. Will continue to go to Dr. Rostan for both cosmetic and any other medical skin concerns.

After visiting many different physicians in the area for cosmetic procedures, Dr. Rostan by far had the most skill and was the most knowledgeable. She combined her knowledge and expertise with my concerns and what I expected from the procedures, the end result being a look that I was extremely pleased with. Even other area plastic surgeons did not provide the results that Dr. Rostan did in a single visit. After a few cosmetic procedures, it was only natural that Dr. Rostan became my dermatologist and helped with all my skin care needs. One of the best things I did was become avid about yearly skin checks, thanks to Dr. Rostan. This is so important, yearly skin care checks helps to save lives!

Dr Rostan is an excellent and knowledgable doctor. She removed a cyst on my cheek and you cannot tell any work was done! The laser work she has done for the redness on my cheeks has worked beautifully as well, I don't have to use concealer anymore to cover it. I would definantly recommend her to my friends and family (and have). I am very surprised at some of the comments left and wonder about their validity. I have always had nothing but wonderful experiences.

She and her staff were amazing with my daughter, who would not allow her wart to be removed. It was a tense situation that all who were involved performed with care and love toward a very delicate situation. She's the best derm. in the southeast as far as I'm concerned and all these other remark will NEVER deter me or my family of 6 from EVER going to her with our skin needs. She knows her stuff!! Buckle up for the truth and the best!

I am a patient of Dr. Rostan for many years since she arrived in Charlotte. She is outstanding in her knowledge and service to patients and stands behind any procedure she does. She has performed many procedures on me from lasers, thermage, lipo for a double chin, botox, fillers, etc. She is extremely careful with her injections as well as any other procedure she does on me. Her staff is excellent. I tried other doctors in the area and found few had the lasers on site and then they had to have special techs operate them. This is one of the main reasons I liked Dr. Rostan. She and her staff are very knowledgeable in the lasers she has on premises. I find your website a bit questionable in that it appears she has 17 hits and I wonder where these comments are coming from and how reliable they are. Other doctors do not seem to have the traffic she has. Could this be sabotage from other sources? Anyone reading this website needs to be careful. Liz is great, conscientious, and caring!

I am beyond shocked at some of the comments people have left about Dr. Rostan.I have been going to her for about 4 years, which started with routine exams of my moles and moved on to various cosmetic procedures. I found her and her staff to be extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. All the work I have had done is spot-on with no pain and no issues. No one can guess my age and are usually off by at least 10 years to the young side. This is due to the quality work done in Dr. Rostan's office which looks completely natural. All these the work has left me feeling very good about going there. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family and of those who have gone to Dr. Rostan, they all have found the experience to be the same as mine. I tend to be detail-oriented and always come to every doctor with a list of questions and Dr. Rostan and her staff are always willing to take the time to answer all my questions, with a smile.

Sadly, I must say that I went to this office without reading this website, and was very disappointed with my treatment. I've had fillers before and was never injected so fast and carelessly. She seemed only interested in herself and how fast she would get paid. After the swelling & bruising went away-it hardly looked like I had been treated. I will never return.

I saw this Doctor for a filler. I've had fillers before and it hurt so badly, I had almost decided not to do it again. I saw this filler on special, so I gave it another try. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Dr Rostan was amazing with a needle. I couldn't believe that I had gone through the torture I had gone through before. I will drive many miles before I let anyone else do my filler. She was very knowledgeable about fillers and lasers, which eased my mind. I don't know what doctor the previous people wrote about, because this was one of the best experiences I have had with a physician. I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Dr. Rostan's staff was very pleasant when greeting me and when going into more detail about my treatment medications. My experience with Dr. Rostan was also a very positive one. She was quick, but efficient, which is important when time is such a valuable commodity. I typically dread going to doctor visits because you never know how long you will be there, and I can't just take a two hour chunk of my day to wait around. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on when she came into the room. Her assistant had already breifed her on why I was there and about my medical history. I found the experience pleasant, productive, and would recommend her to others.

I've never encountered another physician in Charlotte as self centered in my life. My appointment for eczema on my forehead. She decided to do a "simple" punch biopsy and wasn't paying attention, Of course, she was talking about herself the entire time. She began screaming at her nurses to do this and that like it was their fault. I bled like a pig (all over my clothes) and left completely flabbergasted. From reading the other raters comments, this physician needs to be reported to the NC medical board.

I don't believe she even listened to my medical history and went to her for more than 3 months while my condition worsened and she didn't even consider performing more tests. I went to another dermatologist who was shocked she didn't perform the "necessary and adequate" testing for me.

Strange experience. Strange bedside manner. Both my husband & I went to her. I went for botox and a laser treatment. He went for a laser treatment. We both got poor results for a very large bill. My husbands laser treatment left some scarring. It seemed as if Dr. Rostan was more concerned with herself and chit chat about herself with the office staff then listening what what questions I had as a patient. I will not return. I wish I had seen this prior.

I must say if you want a dermatologist for aesthetic reasons going to Dr Rostan may be a good idea. Her office is filled with many products and beauty brochures. I went for an annual skin exam (since melanoma runs in the family) and felt she did a mediocre job at best reviewing my skin. She did it so quickly I had to stop her (on her way out the door) to look at moles she skipped over-a few that had changed in shape and size. Honestly I would rather wait a little longer in the waiting room than feel rushed out the door quickly. I want a doctor who can take more time to thoroughly exam my skin-not rush me through their practice. Does one exist? Dr Rostan is a really nice lady and appears to run an efficient practice so she may be the doctor for you, but I plan to take my business elsewhere.

By far one of the WORST physicians in the city of Charlotte! I certainly don't need a hand holder as described by another rater. I need a physician who knows what they are doing!!! I need to walk in to an office and not see staff wearing skin tight 3/4 length t-shirts with diamond lettering spelling out the word "Botox".

Horrible doctor and surgeon. She is rude to her staff in front of her patients. During the procedure it seemed they were at a party rather than surgery with the patient lying on the table. Did a terrible job which I had to fight for her to fix. Stay away!

Dr Rostan is very talented, and her staff was professional, helpful and caring. They do stay on time, so the doctor does not stick around for idle chit chat. Overall, I think Dr Rostan is great in knowledge of her subject, and makes quick assessments that are accurate. But if you need to have someone hold your hand a lot, and reassure you that everything is copasetic, she is not the best person. After talking to several doctors about my procedure, I thought she was the one to get the desired results and the best to work with long term. She understood the doubts and concerns as me as a patient, and her followup visits always got to the point and addressed whatever the issues were. I would recommend her highly - but if you are the type that needs a lot of hand-holding and constant reassurance, there are other choices. But if you have talked around and know exactly what you want done, and results you are trying to achieve, she is very good. And her staff was exceptional, great people.

Dr. Rostan caused a major scar on my face. I found her quoted in cosmetic journals and was pleased that a well-known physician was available to me. She cut out a small cyst from my cheek - a procedure I'd had done before with minimal scarring. The scarring that resulted was a deep depression. She offered to temporarily fix it with Sculptra - for a charge of course. Too bad I didn't have this Web site. Who knows how to find the best doctors if you can't trust the med journals.

Dr Rostan is the WORST physician! My 1st mistake was scheduling an appt to see her. My 2nd mistake was letting her perform a "simple" biopsy. A complete disaster. Her staff is rude, and never returns phone calls.
