ABsolutely the best. Teeth another dentist wanted to pull, he saved. Wonderful staff, no complaints at all. The best Dr I have ever been to.

I have been going to Dr Burgess for years and he is awesome! My teeth look beautiful because of the amazing work he does. His staff is wonderful and everyone is always happy there and his office is very tranquil!

Dr. In my opinion, Pat Burgess is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 69 years of life. He has saved two of my teeth and put a crown and repaired one of them for only $1,045, which included everything. I strongly recommend him as a dentist. I have not had any implants or false teeth, so I do not know how he is on that.

I have been going to Dr. Burgess for well over 20 years and I have taken my kids there from day 1. He and his staff are exceptional, there is no comparison. My children actually look forward to going to the dentist, that's how good they are. I would recommend him to anyone, and have!

This is the BEST dentist in the state! Dr. Burgess is extremely good in his work and his office staff can't be beat. The hygenist is not only hot, but a true professional with a great personality. The office is very modern and Dr. Burgess is very current on technology and procedures. I recommend if you are looking for a dentist, look no further than Dr. Burgess!

This is by far the BEST Dental Practice in our area, perhaps in our entire state! Dr. Burgess is a perfectionist, and it is quite evident in both the dental work he performs, as well as the aesthetics of the office, right down to the color-coordinated staff. Debbie is THE BEST Dental Hygeinist, too! Everyone in the office is so friendly and kind. Going to the dentist is almost an eagerly anticipated event when Dr. Burgess is your dentist.

If you are the one who puts off going to the dentist to the absolute last thing you do, then go see Dr. Burgess. I have been going to him for 20 years and refuse to see any other dentist! I remember when I was a kid he has names for all his tools so you wouldn't be nervous. He has a great attitude and jokes around with the patients and office staff to put you at ease to where you forget why you are there. Before you realize it, he is done! The way his office is decorated is nothing like any other doctors office I have seen. It is very contemporary looking, and very well decorated. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Burgess. Everyone needs to go to him if the dentist scares you!

He is very approachable and has great relationships with his patients. He is funny and puts even the most timid of patients at ease. The quality of his work is immpeccable. If nothing else you should go to him for his contemporary and very stylish office, you'll feel as if in a big city, not a downtown Charleston Dental office. Also,Dr. Burgess offers the whitening system BriteSmile,which I have personally recieved from him and highly recommend this one time whitening process.
