Never have to wait in the waiting room. I have been going to see Dr Zable since 2003 and the most time I spent in the waiting room was 10 minutes. She is current on all the latest treatments, she spends as much time as you need, she explains everything. If a medication doesn't help you, she takes you off and tries something else. She doesn't give up on trying to help you. What I really like is she gives you a copy of the doctor's notes to take home. There are many times I forget things once I get home and that serves as a great reference. You can also use it to give copies to other doctors without having to pay for copies. AWESOME doctor! How does she not have a crowd in her waiting room like other doctors? She doesn't double and triple book like the rest. That's why she doesn't tolerate people coming in late, if you aren't there, she wasted an hour. At least if you call and cancel, she can juggle appts around to fill the hour. Totally satisfied!!

Dr. Zable and Jane Swartz ARNP are the most caring and professional's in the entire medical universe. I have never had to wait and they are true to the time they report they spend with me. I will do what ever it takes to continue to receive their care, if I move out of state I will get to their office by any means possible. They are the best and are 100% plus in the ultimate patient care and treatment.Don't be late for your appt. because you will have to reschedule. When they tell me my appt is at 1:00pm, I am seen at 1:00pm. I can't say enough praises for both of them, they really know their speciality and it's just so nice to be treated like a person and have them totally to myself to report what ever my current issue's are and they understand what I am talking about and give the correct advise/recommendations.

In spite of making appointments twice with the Dr. or so I thought, I saw a nurse practitioner who is the equivalent of nurse Rachett. The office staff is rude and completely clueless. It takes them two days to return calls and then they don't listen. I can't speak on the Dr, but the other people that work there appear to care less about the patients.
