This dentist/Office is BRUTAL!! I have left the office one day from a cleaning and a week later the receptionist was calling wondering if I wanted to move my next appointment to that day.....doesn't make any sense to me! They are constantly calling wanting to move your appointment around. Dentist was very rough and didn't seem to want to spend time with patients. Left there and have a new dentist new guy is awesome!

The team seems very close, although he is busy he does spend quality time with each patient.

Fantastic staff. They are always smiling and obviously love working there. My teeth are in great shape in spite of my age of 56 and I owe it all to Dr O. and his staff of the last 20 years

Dr. O'Briens office staff are so unfriendly. There is one hygenist that works on your mouth as if she was going to tear your gums out. I love getting my teeth cleaned and going to a dentist but not this office. Our kids begged us to find a new dentist as well. I want to walk in and actually be greeted with a smile. No punn intended.

Very nice Doctor and staff,although I did find he rushed abit(but who really wants to be in the dentist chair all day).

Dr. O'Brien and his staff are top notch. Were there for me in an emergency situation. It is great to know you can count on your dentist!

Had a very positive experience at his office. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but a visit there is made so much better by his very happy staff. They were on time and very helpful in explaining each step that was going to happen.

money, money, money. the Dr. wants money, Doesnt really matter if the partial plate fits or not. Nor does it matter that you have bought whitening strips from him for he doesnt match the new color of your teeth until after he has made the partial. then you get to pay extra because of his mistake. Why did I go back to him. I have no idea.

Makes you feel like a dollar sign and wants your money so will tell you that you need all kind of work, which you don’t need. Won’t explain to you and will book you without talking or explaining. Not all of us have the fund to do it the next day. He gets up and leaves before you can ask anything and was charged for a emergency visited to see him and never did because it was his assistant that I saw and not him. Not a very good contact for a first appointment which makes you feel like he doesn’t have the time for us. Very unprofessional talking about other patient with the assistant and the work they did. Even in details and say their name and what they did. What is that?????? Was there over the summer and won’t go back since I found another very good dentist.

He was my dentist for a few years but he became disenchanted with my general anxiety disorder. I felt as though he didn't want me there and didn't take my anxiousness seriously. I eventually had to get another dentist and I couldn't be happier. Night and day between the two of them!
