He is a good person and very passionate about his position as a Doctor. I have had no problems with this Doctor. He is not a "pill pusher". My experience, he asked if I wanted a prescription, I said no. End of story.
All in all, yes it can be difficult to get a hold of the Doctor, but if you go there and sit in the waiting room you will understand why the phone does not always get answered.
Doc was pretty rude and arrogant in his early years but seems to have mellowed a bit. He misses a few issues that were caught by other specialists and perhaps his mellowing is his way of apologizing for his oversights. Good at filling prescriptions and yes his offices are a mess and probably unsanitary for a health facility. I think the good doc likes to keep his overhead down.
You can do better. I have been to more humble MDs with far more patience and thoroughness. The admin assistant try under oppressive working conditions. Reaching by phone has improved somewhat but health care providers should be far more accessible than this.
Dr, Kugler has been my family doctor for many years, he is a wonderful caring doctor that really puts his patients care first, never gets upset with you and is willing to listen, his Nurse Pat has been with him for many years, they work as an excellent team, Pat is a very caring and always willing to help in an way she can, very sincere, keep up the good work Dr. Kugler & Nurse Pat, your patients appreciate you both
Dr. Kugler is a great doctor. he does not beat around the bush. You ask the question he will give the response. He is down to earth. previous comments state he doesn't listen which would be false. he listens and cares about each patient. granted the rooms could be bigger. I do not know if he leaves patient info on his computer system as i am not one to go snooping around and even if he did, i believe an ethical person would not read it. the staff are great, and handle their jobs professionally. people have to remember that they deal with patients daily, and some are way nicer then others. do yourselves a favor and place a smile on your face when you go there. they will love it.
Dr. Kugler is such a kind, caring human being that takes the time to listen to his patients. His staff is very friendly, willing to help and genuinely care for the well being of his patients. Dr. Kugler, Kristina and Pat thank you so much for all you do for us.
Seriously debating making a complaint to the college. This man has a poor choice in help and office cleanliness and performing his job in a proper fashion.. His Secretary is unorganized does not care about patients issues and oh boy if you get on her bad side you might as well run. She will not help you. The children s toys in the office are unsanitary and dirty. The exam rooms have patients records and information out for anyone to read.
Was my doc for a while, in fact too long. One piece of advice: find a real doctor. This man doesn't care about people, he doesn't listen and on top of that, has an office unfit to raise swine in. In fact I heard that a complaint was made to public health about the state of it, rodent feces and urine in spots, old meds just sitting out for anyone to grab, etc. Plus he leaves personal patient information on the computer screen when he switches out patients. I had time to read all about another patients colonoscopy while I waited. All it takes is for one person to not like the fact that other people know their personal medical history for him to be sued and shut down. Find another doctor, you will need to sooner rather than later.
Dr. Kugler is rude and has no bedside manners. He is inappropriate and should find another profession. He thinks he can talk down on you just because he's a doctor. He should try listening to his patients instead of being a pill pusher! So not impressed with him.
Dr. Kugler took me on as a new patient and within the first 9 months, saved my life! He detected a very large aneurysm, undetected by my former Dr., had me into the surgeons office the next day and after further tests & consultations, I was on the urgent surgery list. After 10 days in the hospital, I was home and on the up swing ever since. Every time I visit the Dr.'s office I feel like I have been attended to in the best possible way. If you read this Dr. Kugler, 'Thanks for my Life".
