I needed same day appointment with my OB/GYn but their office couldn't accomodate until a week later. I called dr Nabbout Office (which was not my regular doctor) and I was seen the same day, the test I neede was done, they called few days later with the results and sent a copy of my test to my home address. During the whole process everybody was very professional, helpful and helped releived my anxiety about my symptoms. since then I won't go anywhere else unless I have to. Good Job!!!!!!

Dont even get me started on this loser. Gave me a prescription that I just got done telling him that I was allergic to. Good thing I caught it before I walked out the door. Also, his NP is WONDERFUL. She was clearly taught old-school (prob by her Dad, the great DR Janas)when it comes to patient care.
I dont know about Dr Nabbout, he is very brisk but Rosemary Janas the Nurse practioner is keeper!!! she is very thorough

Half an hour waiting in the sitting area, then another 45 minutes waiting in the actual doctor's office all for a consult that lasted all of 90 seconds. Then another 10 minutes for the staff to give me the prescription, and the several hundred dollar bill (no insurance). A ridiculously overbooked doctor with terrible bedside manner. My wife goes to the RN who works in the same office for her yearly physical (I believe her name is Rose, but I forget her last name) and she's very happy with her, so high marks for the staff. Since my last visit I started going to Dr. James Kuin, right across the hall from Dr. Nabbout, and what a world of difference!
Billing staff was the tops! The girl I dealt with was knowledgeable and very friendly, went out of her way to help me navigate the horrible world of medical insurance.
