:) Click to report rating *  1/27/10 5 5 5 Dr Adenuga has been our family doctor for about 2 years now and both my husband and I are very happy with him. He is very thorough in doing annual testing, ie blood, etc, and welcomes all our questions. He always greets us with a smile and makes us feel very welcome. He knows us by name which is refreshing since many doctors make you feel like just another notch on their pay check!! We are very pleased to have him for our family doctor.

:) Click to report rating *  12/10/09 5 4 4 I recently posted about Dr A (moved from TO)...and since i can't delete my post I'm going to post a new one. I have a change of heart for Dr A, he is actually a pretty good doctor after all - had some initial issues with him but have worked them out and figured maybe it was me that was being too hasty about his ways. no more complaints here, he is considerate and polite and his staff is awesome :) happy patient after all!

:( Click to report rating    10/20/09 1 3 1 He left me sick. Files left without being checked for over a year. Tried to disprove every diagnosis from every doctor, specialist or not. Awful experience of feeling like I was wrong. Only to find out, I wasn't. I'm sick and he dismissed my complaints...Very sad!...

:( Click to report rating    10/9/09 3 1 1 I can't believe this doctor can even be called a doctor. I have a history of sleep disorder that hits me a few times a year. He will not prescribe anything for it. At one point my body could not take it and I asked if he would just prescribe two sleeping aid for the weekend and he refused. I could not complete a full work week. However, I have gone to him for a soar throat which did not get better after consulting with my pharmacist and this so called doctor prescribed a syrup with narcotics. I was sick on it of course not knowing what I was taking but does he even think staight??? He always have the attitude that he knows better and makes me feel dumb. He has no compassion what so ever. It's in and out of his office don't talk to him about two illnesses. I am looking for another doctor as well. Would not recommend him to anyone. If you have children...well make sure they don't cry. He will not tolerate it. God Bless him and hopefully he will improve and give people respect.

:) Click to report rating    8/22/09 5 4 4 I have had Dr.Adenuga for 2 years now, and i like him alot. Everytime i go in for visits he always shows he cares about me, every visit he askes about how i am doing besides my health ( he shows concern) also he askes me about people we both know. I think its great to have a doctor like this. Also my visits are never short, he takes the time to sit and talk to me everytime i go in about the problem and such. I plan on having him as my doctor as long as i live here.

:( Click to report rating    6/17/09 5 4 2 Very dismissive. Wants to get you out of his office. Went to see him because my newborn was ill and he said it was allergies or that my house was too cold. She ended up in the hospital for a week. I will say he can be pleasant until you challange his opinion. I think as a human being Dr. Adenuga is just like anyone else. As a doctor I feel he maybe needed an extra year or two...

:( Click to report rating    3/30/09 4 2 1 both myself and my mother see Dr A & think he is a horrible doctor. he is very strict in his ways and doesn't look or think outside of the box. if you need something and it previously was prescribed for you AND is covered on your plan, he won't write an RX if he doesn't "believe" in it and won't budge. so you have to take what he thinks is the best for you, even though you have been on something else for years and are doing well on it. we moved here from TO and are now stuck with him - but are on the waiting list and hope they hurry the heck up. hope I never have to see this man again. I must say his staff are very nice.

:( Click to report rating    3/4/09 1 1 1 unbelievably condescending, Very dismissive of issues as minor, despite being major to me. I placed myself back on the waiting list for a new doctor after 3 visits.

:) Click to report rating    2/2/09 5 4 5 I have been going to Dr. Adenuga for almost 2 years now and I think that he is doing a wonderful job. He is very personable, always remembers me and my family and asks how everyone is. He has gone out of his way, in his own time to help me in a personal matter. My husband likes to see him (which hasn't happened with any other doctor), he finds him very helpful and humourous. My 10 month old son holds his arms out to see him whenever we go to the office and Dr. Adenuga is very warm, friendly and patient with him... always makes him laugh.

:) Click to report rating    10/29/08 3 3 4 Obviously some people don't know how a doctors office or the hospital system goes for any test or anything. Everything is not done in 1 day. People have to understand that its a busy job in an office and everything can't be done to peoples likings.

:( Click to report rating    9/21/08 3 2 2 I've seen Dr. Adenuga twice, most recently with a couple of tendon/ligament injuries in my left leg. Both times I've found him very short, almost brusque. I told him I'd once torn a muscle in my leg (in case it was medically relevant), but I couldn't remember the name of the muscle; he named the two big ones (soleus and gastrocnemius) and then said those were the only two leg muscles, which isn't true--the one I had torn is called the plantaris, which I looked up when I got home. He has an MD: he ought to know this! He spent less than five minutes with me (possibly less than three), said I needed an MRI, and left. By the time his office called back with an MRI appointment a week later, my knee was well on its way to healing and I couldn't see the point in wasting my time and the medical system's money on a useless procedure. A friend of mine also goes to Dr. Adenuga and feels the same way about him: he doesn't take time to do his job properly. I'd rather go to the emergency clinic.

:( Click to report rating    2/25/08 1 5 1 He left bloodwork reports in my file for over 1 year without looking at them...He got my reports and left without leaving the information for another doctor. I became very ill because of this! It is my opinion that he lacks technically but in his bedside manner as well. When you have the doctor saying, "Well what do you want me to do?" Don't go back!

:) Click to report rating    10/20/07 5 5 5 A caring physician. Takes his time to explain things and even goes out of his way to give reading materials. My diabetes has never been this well controlled. I believe he's well adapted to his chosen profession and foresee him becoming one of the best for his time. Keep the good work.

:) Click to report rating    5/29/07 5 5 Only recently became a patient but am greatly impressed. He has a wonderful personality which incorporates sincerity, patience, and even a touch of humour. He has demonstrated genuine care for for both myself and my spouse. Very methodical in his approach to find the cause of my wife's discomfort and he has not hesitated in ordering the additional tests to try and determine the origin of the discomfort. Highly recommend this young and promising doctor.

:) Click to report rating    3/23/07 5 5 This physician has been extremely helpful to my family. He is especially good with teen-agers. Although he has had to adapt to a culture change, I have found him adaptable, dependable and always follows through with consults ect. This man cares!

:(      3/9/07 3 1 We had the unpleasant experience of seeing this doctor at the after hours clinic twice. Both times, he proved that he has little or no patience for young children and if nothing else, does not know how to speak to or treat them. He barked orders at my sick 3 year old and when he did not know what to do, Dr. A got very frustrated and said that my son “wouldn’t cooperate”. He’s three and obviously very sick. We were on day 5 of a fever that wouldn’t break. He was upset that I couldn’t tell him the exact number of the fever (I had been medicating my son to keep the fever down). He barely examined him. We had a lengthy conversation about my son’s allergies to medications. He seemed to be accusing me of making it up “what do you mean he’s allergic?” He then wrote an Rx. I questioned the pharmacy before giving the meds to my son. He actually prescribed something to which my son is allergic. We ended up at the hospital the next morning, my son burning up with a fever of 104.6

:) Click to report rating    2/18/07 4 5 After visiting many physicians without a diagnosis for about 18 months, it took me only 2 visits and just some few directed tests (he was not fishing by ordering the 'works') to be diagnosed. What was more, i got to see the specialist in less than 2 weeks! I have no reservations in recommending Dr Adenuga to any of my family or friends - he's certainly one of the most humane physicians i have come across around here.

:| Click to report rating    2/7/07 4 3 I feel he needs to learn more about prescribing drugs and help you learn more about the side effects.I have a health issue at present I feel if he would have kept my blood work up as other doctors have in the past I would not be dealing with this problem now.
