I signed up for this site just to rate Dr. Sun, due to the many negative reviews I found here. I just wanted to thank the staff and Dr. Sun for going the extra mile to get me in to see a female doctor even though she was at the end of her shift. Despite working 'overtime' to see me, she was friendly and polite and completed my exam without making me feel rushed. Her and her reception staff were helpful and competent. I have no complaints.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosemarie Sun for sometime now She is very Knowledgeable,very caring and understanding very helpful to me and just a really nice person. She is the only Doctor i would want to see not to mention She is absolutely beautiful.

She is the worst doctor I've ever seen! Very rude and totally not caring! She was very upset with the fact that a male doctor suggested that I see a female doctor when we could not find out reasons why my hemoglobin was suddenly very low. I was just only following the male doctor's advice, but she took it on me. Maybe she does have a right to complain about the male doctor who sent me, but I was only following another doc's suggestion and she has no right to take it on me. She was very upset during the whole appointment and was extremely rude. It hurts me so much when she did a pap test and when I told her that it hurt, she said very impatiently: "you need to relax!" How can I relax when a doctor tries to rush through a pap test and was very, very rude (and almost mad)?!!! She did not answer my questions and rushed the appointment. I had to see another doctor for my anemia problem at the end. I almost wanted to write a complaint letter to the clinic! She is definitely the worst ever!

She refused to fill out medical forms for me and stated I did not qualify for what I was asking, which is wrong and I know it. She would be a great GP if she had her own proctise but I think she is too under Carepoints thumb to be an effective practitioner. Sad really... | Respond |

For those of you who say you wait hrs and only get 1.5 min with her try booking an appt with her on tues. otherwise you wait like the rest of us in a walk in clinic...suck it up. Dr Sun found out i had cancer and she was very very quick to get me treated for it. She is not a pill pusher either!! I think she is great.. | Respond |

I think a good doctor is not the one who'll smile and talk to you about the weather and how your puppy is doing, but the one who will see a step ahead. For compassion go to a psychologist. In my case she never looked at previous notes, hurried me along did not acknowledge half of what I said, in and out with a requisition for bloodwork, it all took 2 minutes and I am none the wiser. | Respond |

I transferred to her as my former doctor was always overbooked, waiting time was horrendously long and 2 mins is all you have with her. But at first Dr. Sun was just the opposite. So I thought she is different. But the longer I see her the same things seem to be happening. The last time I saw her, I have to wait for 2.5 hours and she saw me only for 2 mins. She was even reluctant to give me a referral for X-ray for my chronically painful back and shoulder. She said there's nothing that could be done about it. So I should not have it checked just because nothing could be done? Of course, there is something that other doctors could do, not her perhaps. There are alternative medicines that I don't think she is aware or just does not support. But I think she should encourage her patients for thorough check-ups just to find out what's wrong. The patient should then have the option to resort to other means if chemical medicines can't help. | Respond |
