5/17/13 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I have been with Dr. Barb for many years...I searched her out when she left the hospital where she had been practicing...I was living in Stratford at the time and I have since moved to Toronto...I continue to make the commute because the care, atmosphere and other staff are amazing...Needles used to be my greatest fear and she often has them done before I know they are coming...The office is immaculate and the punctuality and professionalism and one on one care is unlike any I have experienced anywhere...I highly recommend this Fine practice... | Respond |

Dr Barnard has all the tech and knowledge base to make my appointments as painless and comfortable as possible. I can't say enough about Dr Barnard. The entire experience, from booking the appointment, to getting my x-rays, to my exam with Dr Barnard, to my cleaning, was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Barnard is a professional, but very compassionate and helped allay my fear of the dentist. She has a warm personality and a great sense of humor. Her entire staff is amazing and friendly. If anyone has a dental phobia and that has kept you from going to the dentist for a while, I STRONGLY recommend Dr Barnard. | Respond |

She was also very patient with my daughter who was adamant she would not get more than two teeth extracted at once, although three were needed. She let her come back the next day to get the third out. This was because she wanted my daughter to trust her rather than just extracting the three without her knowing. I can only echo what others have said. She's cheerful, remembers who I am, and is quite knowledgeable. At my last visit she stayed chatted while waiting for my teeth to go numb. It's little things like that that make my visits far more enjoyable that visits to other dentists in the past.

Simply the best. Kind, competent and obviously cares about her patients. I was calling desperately around, looking for a dentist because of my toothache; Dr. Barnard fit me into her schedule the day of. She went above and beyond to help me. Definitely sticking with her with as long as I live in London

I asked a lot of questions on the phone before booking an appointment and each was answered completely and with knowledge, confidence and friendliness. At the appointment the hygienist I saw had a warm personality and distracted me with conversation, as did Dr. Barnard during the exam. Dr Barnard was thorough, professional, and left me confident in her abilities. She was patient with my dental anxiety and I did not feel judged or ashamed. For me, the hardest part of going to the dentist is knowing that I am acting foolishly due to my fear but not being able to do anything to stop it. Finally I found a dentist who made me feel like a human rather than a case. I would strongly recommend this practice and would be very comfortable bringing my children here. | Respond |

I find she is good at reading people and quickly building a rapport.
