Dr. MacIntyre was the best doctor a person can have. Yes , she wouldnt be on time but thats because she never rushed you out the door and listened, cant have it both ways folks. Yes, the time you had to wait to get an appointment but that happens when a doctor who is a knowledgeable, caring and very personable becomes overwhelmed with the outpouring of patients realized they found a diamond in the ruff. Thank you always for treating me with respect and dignity. We will miss you always......so sorry to see you leave your practice...

This doc is doing wake in at the Blackmarsh Medcial centre next to Dominion. Wow! Great doctor. Worth waiting to see. Very knowledgeable,caring and most of all patient. She even checked for drug interactions on medical sodtware installed on a blackberry/palm etc.

I did like having Dr. Joanne MacIntyre as my doctor but waiting to get in to see your doctor for upto five weeks is onreal, and the women on the front deck has no customer service skills, on top of this, now that Joanne has left us we have to pay a fee to have our file transfered... Not impressed.

She is an excellent Dr. Very comfortable with her. Only problem is she only has a clinic 3 afternoons a week, so it takes months to get to see her, and no she is leaving her parctice.

She is fantastic. Very informative and thorough. I'm disappointed that she only works 3 afternoons a week now. It's so hard to get to see her. I usually end up at the Janeway Emerg. or I have to make appts. weeks in advance. I haven't considered changing doctors because I'm so comfortable with her.

While she is very caring and thorough, she only works a few days a week and I had to switch doctors because when I get sick, I can't wait 5 weeks to see her. Too bad.

She is a credit to the profession; caring, knowledgeable, and someone whose judgement you can trust. She has never rushed me through an appointment. I like that she is not like some doctors who meet their patients with a prescription pad and pen in hand. I looked around a lot to find a doctor like her so I don't mind the wait for such good health care service.

Liked her as doctor but I had to change to a different family physician. It would take 4 to 5 weeks to get an appointment - usually running a couple of hours late

Loved having her as a Doctor. Very helpful and friendly. Usually a bit of a waiting period for appointments.

Very thorough and caring. Although you may have to wait to see her, it's because she never rushes you out the door like many other physicians.
