Today I saw Dr. Rabinowitz for the first time. He quickly diagnosed my symptoms, was generous with his time and explanation of my condition. The staff was professional and friendly, and my wait time was only a few minutes. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I had one additional question, Dr. Rabinowitz quickly returned my call. I highly recommend Dr. Rabinowitz.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rabinowitz for close to 20 years. He not only treats my severe allergies and asthma but he is genuinely concerned about my overall health. I know I can always get in to see him if I'm not feeling well, as was the case on Monday. In addition, when I needed to talk to him he promptly returned my call. The entire staff is extremely patient oriented and courteous - going the extra mile. I would without any hesitation refer anyone to Dr. Rabinowitz. Paige Alcott
Dr. Rabinowitz is absolutely exceptional. I have much experience in the medical community since I have a special needs daughter and I have high expectations for the Physicians I choose to see. I have been his patient for probably 10 years now primarily for allergies. I was recently diagnosed with CVID (common variable immune deficiency) which means I lack the antibodies to fight off infections. Obviously explaining why I am always sick. He and his staff (especially Dianne) worked quickly to connect with the vendor that offered the medicine I needed. That's one thing about this practice is that the patient always comes first. They are less rigid when you need to get in quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a real sense of family. One thing about Rabinowitz is that he is genuine and will engage in conversation outside the medical scope unlike many Doctors who are arrogant and have no sense of personality. What an bad experience I had today! This practice is not patient focus and does not respects patients' time. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment,only to wait 45 minutes for nothing. As a Consultant,I have to schedule my hours with clients in advance. Waiting an hour did not leave enough time, unless Paul was planning on cutting corners on my service. The staff clearly stated that Paul did not care about his patients' time & that his schedule was the only thing that matter. They were very disorganize in the front office. The office manager stated that the reason I never received my appointment confirmation, directions and new patient forms was because they were having Internet issues. She even stated that their website was down. If they run their office in this matter, you can take a guess what level of service you will receive as a patient. Do you want to risk your chances with Paul when their are numerous other allergists in Atlanta. Ask your Doctor for another referral.
